Ascend II Bases are warranted from the original purchase date to the original purchaser for normal commercial usage - dened as a standard forty-hour work
week according to the below-listed schedule and limitations.
• 5 year warranty on dual-motor bases
• 3 year warranty on single-motor bases
Warranty Exclusions
This warranty will not cover labor, freight, or damage from misuse, abuse, negligence, alteration, assembly, installation, attachments, accident, vandalism,
acts of nature or any other event beyond our control. The warranty does not cover cosmetic damage that may result from normal use. Liability for incidental or
consequential damage is excluded. The user assumes all risk of injury resulting from use of this product.
This warranty applies only to products purchased through authorized dealers and products sold within the United States of America and the Commonwealth of
Canada. This warranty does not apply to products used for rental purposes. This warranty gives you specic legal rights, and you may also have other rights which
vary from state to state.
WARNING
1. Do not use this product unless all bolts, screws and knobs
are securely tightened.
2. Check that all bolts, screws and knobs are tight every three
months or as needed.
3. Dispose of packing material properly. Do not use plastic
cover as head covering. It may cause suffocation.
4. Do not use product as a stepladder.
5. Use this product for its intended purpose only.
6. Use mild detergent only for cleaning.

Remove all parts from carton, separate by part numbers indicated on parts list, and verify part quantities.
STEP 1 On a soft, non-marring surface, dry t all parts and components to underside of the worksurface as shown above.

STEP 3
STEP 2 Fasten Columns (B) to Side Supports (C) and Center Trunk (A) using eight Bolts (F). LOOSELY TIGHTEN BOLTS (F) USING
4MM ALLEN KEY (J4).
STEP 3 Run Handset (E) cable through hole below Center Trunk (A) and connect cable to Control Box, located in Center Trunk (A). Connect cables
from Columns (B) to Control Box in Center Trunk (A) as shown.
Extend the trunk to fit table size.

STEP 4
STEP 4 Secure assembly to worksurface using twenty four Screws (G) as shown. Secure Handest (E) to desk top using two Screws (H).
FULLY TIGHTEN ALL SCREWS USING PHILLIPS SCREWDRIVER (not provided).
IMPORTANT: AT THIS POINT, PLEASE FULLY TIGHTEN ALL SCREWS FROM THE PREVIOUS THREE STEPS.
STEP 5 Secure Feet (D) to Columns (B) using four Bolts (I) for each Foot (D). FULLY TIGHTEN BOLTS (I) USING 5MM
ALLEN KEY (J5). Tighten screws on Center Trunk (A) using a Phillips screwdriver (not provided). Connect Power Cable (K) to Control Box, located
in Center Trunk (A).
IMPORTANT: WITH A 2 PERSON LIFT, CAREFULLY TURN DESK TO THE UPRIGHT POSTION.
ATTENTION: BEFURE USING DESK, BE SURE THAT ALL SCREWS ARE FULLY TIGHTENED.

IMPORTANT
You must reset the Control Box, using the handset as shown below, prior to use.
Plug Power Cable (K) into wall outlet. Press and Hold the up/down buttons for more
than 3 seconds: LED Screen will read “SET”.
Continue holding both buttons until
columns descend to lowest position,
rebound 2-5mm and you hear a beep.
After the beep, release the buttons.
Desk is now operational.
