Installation instructions
Note: This system can be installed with the installation tool provided. No other tools are
necessary. Do NOT use power tools for installation. Phoenix USA, Inc. recommends
storing the installation tool with the vehicle’s tire tool for future use.
1. Check parts listing and ensure all parts are available. If missing any parts, please
call customer service at 1-800-786-8785.
2. Do not remove the original equipment lug nuts.
3. Clean wheel and rim and remove all dirt, debris and grease with approved cleaner.
4. Front: Determine correct placement of simulator by aligning the handhole cutout
with the valve stem.
5. Rear: Determine correct placement of simulator by aligning the handholes of
simulator with the handholes of the wheel.
6. Install two stud extenders.
7. Place simulator over the exposed stud extenders “evenly”.
8. Install two jam nut/lugnut covers per simulator onto the two stud extenders.
9. Use installation tool (PGD205TOL) to tighten jamnuts. Do NOT use power tools
for installation.
10. Remove the paper backing from the included logos (CPLH2)
11. Place logo in center indentation of simulator.
12. Repeat process for each wheel.
Removal of wheel simulators
1. Find the two jamnut/lugnut covers that have an indicator notch on the side. They
should be located directly opposite from each other on the axle.
2. Remove the jamnut by using installation tool.

3. Remove the wheel liner and place in position and surface so as not to scratch the
liner.
4. Remove stud extenders using installation tool.
5. Remove spacers.
Caring for your wheel simulators
The care and maintenance of your Phoenix USA, Inc. stainless steel wheel product is
simple. Your wheel simulators are made of high quality stainless steel T304 ensuring
you a mirror finish shine and should never rust if properly cared for.
Regular care
1. Rinse with clean water to remove loose dirt and dust.
2. Clean with mild soap and water or use a cleaner specially formulated for stainless
steel. Ensure you use a non-chlorinated solvent in order to avoid leaving residues
of chloride ions in crevices and other locations where they can initiate crevice
attack, pitting and/or stress corrosion later on.
3. Use soft cloth and non abrasive cleaners on your stainless steel simulators.
4. Rinse thoroughly with clean water to remove excess soap and dirt.
5. Repeat above steps as needed.
6. Keep wheels and simulators clean to ensure years of enjoyment of your
investment.
Phoenix USA, Inc. Wheel Simulator Limited Warranty
Phoenix USA, Inc. warrants the stainless steel wheel simulators for a period of three (3)
years from the date of original purchase against manufacturer defects in materials,
workmanship, and finish under normal use. The warranty is limited to repair and
replacement of the product and does not include any charges to remove or re-install the
product, labor, freight, inconvenience, consequential damage or any other cost or
expenses. The original purchaser must return defective product to Phoenix USA, Inc.
Exclusions from warranty: The warranty of Phoenix USA, Inc. does not extend to the
damage to the products caused by intentional misconduct, negligence, abuse, misuse,
road hazards such as gravel or other debris, modifications or alterations to the product,
improper installation, uses of the product contrary to the product information sheet which
accompanies the product or normal wear and tear.
Exercise of right of warranty: The warranty is conditioned upon the return of the product
to the Phoenix USA, Inc. at the expense of the consumer with date of purchase and
invoice number if available. To return to Phoenix USA, Inc., call customer service at
(800) 786-8785 and a Return Goods Authorization number will be issued for return and
inspection. If it is determined that the product returned was defective because of
manufacturing defects or workmanship, Phoenix USA, Inc. will repair or replace the
product and return it to the customer at no expense to the customer. If the defect was not
due to a defect in manufacturing or workmanship, the product will be returned to the
customer if customer pays all the transportation expenses. If not, the product will be held
for a period of thirty (30) days for the customer to make arrangements to pick-up the
product. After that time, the product will be disposed of by Phoenix USA, Inc.
