installation.

Whenthepowerisswitchedon,andthewaterheaterstartsoperating,theremay
besomewaterdischargedfromthepressurereliefholeofsafetyvalve.Itisdueto
thewaterexpansionunderheating,andisnormalphenomenon.Thepressure
reliefholeshallcommunicatewiththeairdirectly.Donotblockit.
Fastenthedrainhosetothedrainthreadofsafetyvalvebytwisting(seeto
Figure3).Accordingtotheneed,youcouldtruncateorelongatethehoseinyour
favor.Connecttheotherendofdrainhosetothesewertoavoidpollutingthe
roombysplashing.Thedrainhoseconnectingtothesafetyvalveshallbekept
downwardslopingininstallationandinafrost-freeenvironment.
Besuretocheckandconfirmthatthetankisfilledwithwater,thereisnoleakage
ateachjointandthepowersupplycomplieswiththestipulationbeforeswitching
onthepower.
Ifthewater
heaterwillbeinstalledinthebathroomwithoutsewer,wesuggestyouadddrain
hose.
