Besuretoswitchoffthepowersupplybeforecleaning.Usehumidclothwith
neutraldetergenttowipetheshellgently.Donotusepetrolandothersolvent.
Finallywipeitwithdryclothandkeeptheshelldry.
Toguaranteethehigh-efficiencyoperatingofthewaterheater,pleasecleanthe
electricheatingpipeandinnertankeverythreeyears.Donotdamagethe
protectioncoatingoutsidetheelectricheatingelementandinsidetheinnertank.
TheMagnesiumanoderodshallalsobereplacedperiodicallyaccordingtothe
localwaterquality.
Usage
Afterinstallation,asthetankisemptyinthefirstusage,besuretoopenthe
faucetwaterinletvalve.Whenthetankisfilledwithwater,andwateroutlet
keepswateroutputting,pleaseclosethevalve,checkifthere'swaterleakage
ateachjoint,andplugthepowerplug.
Turntheknobaspertheneededwatertemperature.Themarkofknob
increasesfromwaterinlettemperatureto75.Youcansetheating
temperaturesteplessly.Theheatingindicatorwilllightonunderheatingmode.
Generallytheknobshouldbesettothehighestscale.Thewaterheatercan
regulatethetemperatureautomatically.Thepowerwillbeswitchedoff
automaticallywhenthesettemperatureisreached,andwillbeswitchedon
automaticallywhenthetemperaturedropstocertainlevel.Asitcontinues
heating,youcanusehotwateraswell.
Whenthetapwaterinletpressurearrivesorexceeds0.75,thedrainhose
ofsafetyvalvewilldischargelargeamountofwater.Itisduetoextrahigh
waterpressure.Pleasecontactthelocalafterservicefordisposal.

electrician.
Thewaterheateradoptspowersupplyof230V,50Hz.～
Besuretouseindependentreceptacleandearthitreliably.
Thereceptacleshallcomplywiththestipulationof
nationalstandard.
Theproductadoptsthepatent"PTO0"technologyofourcompany.Aslongasadoptingcivilpower
supply,eveniftheearthingwireiselectrifiedbymistake,the"PTO0"technologystillcanblockthe

threadofsafetyvalvebytwisting(seeto
Figure3).Connecttheotherendofdrainhose
tothesewertoavoidpollutingtheroomby
splashing.Whenthepowerisswitchedon,
andthewaterheaterstartsoperating,there
maybesomewaterdischargedfromthe
pressurereliefholeofsafetyvalve.Itisdue
tothewaterexpansionunderheating,andis
normalphenomenon.Thepressurereliefpipe
shallcommunicatewiththeairdirectly.Donot

Thewatermaydripfromthedischargepipeofthepressurerelieddevice
andthatthispipemustbeinstalledinacontinuouslydownwarddirection
andinafrost-freeenvironment.Checksafetyvalveonceamonthasfollow:
movethesmallhandleofsafetyvalve,ifthere'swaterflowingout,safety
valveisnormal;ifthere'snowaterflow,pleasecontactlocalafter-sales
servicestation.
Thepressurereliefdeviceistobeoperatedregularlytoremovelime
depositsandtoverifythatitisnotblocked.

Besuretohaveitinstalledbyinstallationstaffoftheafterservice
department,ortheappointedstaff.Itadoptswall-mountinginstallation.
Makefourholeswithdiameterof12mmanddepth65mmwithchurndrill
onthewallaspertheinstallationdimensiondrawing.Inserttheboltsinto
theholes.Thenliftthewaterheater,setthewall-mountingrackonthebolt.
Setthegasketandfastenthenut.Installtheaccessoriesincludingsafety
valveetc.asindicatedinFigure2.Remembertosealwithrubbertapeto
avoidwaterleakage.
Thehotwaterpipeshallnotbetoolongtoreducetheheatlosses.
Pleasereservesomespaceininstallationforthefuturemaintenance.
Tofacilitatetheinstallationanddismantling,itissuggestedtoaddG1/2'
flexiblenutatthesuitablepositionofthewaterinletandoutletpipe
separately.Confirmthepositionneedingwatersupply.Connectthewater
inlet/outletpipeandtapwaterpipetothepositionrespectively.

pointtothewaterheater.
Pleaseconnectthedrainhosetothesafetyvalve.Connectoneendofthe
hosetothesafetyvalveventandtheotherendtothesewagedrain.The
hosecanbecutshortorextendedasnecessary.Thehoseshallbeinstalled
asinclineddownward.
