Observer proper assembly order during termination:

1) Strip cable jacket to expose 1” of wire strands.

2) Install twist separator (C).

3) Separate and order conductors per TIA/EIA 568-A/B.

4) Slide load bar (B) over conductors and separator.

5) Cut conductors flush with the end of the load bar.

6) Insert cable assembly into connector.

7) Terminate using a suitable RJ45 crimping tool.
