mable digital electronic ballast for two (2) years from the date of purchase.
During the warranty period, Tucker's Pride
™
will, at our option, and with-
out charge, repair or replace this product if the unit or any of its compo-
nents fail or malfunction.
This warranty is expressly in lieu of all other warranties, expressed or
implied, including the warranties of merchantability and fitness for use
and of all other obligations or liabilities on the part of the seller.
This warranty shall not apply to this product or any part there of which
has been damaged by accident, abuse, misuse, modification, negligence,

makes no warranty
whatsoever in respect to accessories or parts not supplied by Tucker's
Pride
™
. This warranty shall apply only to the United States and its
territories, and Canada.

WARNING: Failure to observe the following safety
warnings may result in serious injury or death.
• Alwaysplugpowercordintopowersupply
before plugging in any ancillary devices,
i.e. timer, or ballast.
• FailuretofollowOperatingInstructions
accurately could result in an electric shock,
fire, etc.
• Alwayscheckproductfordamagepriorto
plugging into power source. Please notify
your retailer if any of your order is
damaged or defective.
• DoNOTtouchpowersupplywhen
plugged-in. Pull plug only, not cord,
when unplugging the system.
• Alwaysallowreflectorandbulbtocool
completely before moving or servicing parts.
• DoNOTlookdirectlyatbulbwhen
running system.

Do NOT touch
bulb when hot. Pressure or
moisture could result in a broken bulb. In
the event of a broken bulb, turn off power
supply immediately. Failure to do so could
cause exposure to ultraviolet energy, caus-
ing skin irritation or be harmful to the eyes.

air circulation to keep the air temperature
below95°F.Keepplantsfarenoughaway
from bulb, or heat damage will occur. The
recommended mounting height above the
plant for a 400W bulb is between 1 and 4
feet. If the leaves wilt, the light is too close.

water, as electrical shock will occur.
• Ifthelampexteriorgetsdamagedin
anyway, replace immediately.
• DisconnectfromPowerSourceandallow
bulb to cool before replacing bulb.

voltage other that instructed on the
400 W Digital Ballast.
• DoNOTattempttoopen,rewireor
reconfigure any components of the light
system. This will VOID the warranty and
couldcauseINJURYorDEATH.
• Keepawayfromchildren
• MH(MetalHalide)bulbspromoteinitialplantgrowthwhileHPS(HighPressure
Sodium) bulbs promote flower onset and vegetative / blooming growth.
• Bulbsshouldbereplacedeveryyeartomaintainlightintensity.
Light cycles:Plantsgenerallyrequire18
hours of light per day during the seeding
and vegetative phase. During flowering/
fruiting, the duration can be reduced to
12 hours. Use the timer to ensure consis-
tency. Growth can suffer if light intervals
are irregular. Light contamination can
disrupt vital processes that occur during
the night (lights off) period, so avoid
turning lights on during this time.
Handling HID lamps: WARNING: Reflector
and bulb WILL get hot. DO NOT touch
when hot. Lamps can explode if they are
cold when lit or have fingerprints on the
glass. Wrap in clean paper towel before
handling. To clean the lamp, use window
cleaner (or rubbing alcohol) and allow to
dry thoroughly before use. Do not restart
lamps immediately after being turned
off.Allow3minutesforHPSbulbsbefore
restarting.

1. Remove all contents from
carton. (Ref 1) Place platform
base
A onto a clean, flat sur-
face, threaded holes facing up.
(Completed Anywhere Garden
can be set on the floor, or any
surface able to support the
weight of the unit when filled
with water. IMPORTANT: Place
the unit in the location where
you will keep it BEFORE filling
with water. Do not move unit
after filling with water.)
2. (Ref 1) Fit tub dams

GETTING STARTED
Once your Tucker's Pride
™
Anywhere Garden is assembled, you're ready
to get started. Follow these steps to get you plants growing.
• PlaceseedsinJiffy
®
Germination Kit AA accordingtoJiffyinstructions,andplace
in pellets. Mist pellets with water to keep seeds moist to optimize germination.
• Lightyourplantingsfor18hoursdaily,usingtheMHlampfirst.
•
Toencourageplantstobloomandproducevegetables,switchtotheHPSbulb
3to4weeksafterinitialplanting,andadjustlightingperiodto12hoursdaily.
• Attheendofthefirstweek,checkwaterlevel,andaddwaterasnecessary.
• Addnutrientsweeklyaccordingtotheneedsofyourplantings.
Keepthewaterlevelatthesamelevel(about15gallons).
• Whentheplantshaveusedabout1gallonofthefertilizer/watersolution
add another gallon of water (ONLY). When a second gallon has been used,
add a gallon of fertilizer and water solution. (Mix fertilizer ratio determined
by nutrient feed schedule for your particular fertilizer being used.)
• Trimmingandpruningplantsarerecommendedforoptimalgrowth.
