I) Check Battery
Operation: Use a Flat head screwdriver to unlock and remove the seat. Locate the
battery harness, unplug the connector, and then use a volt-meter to check the
battery.
Step (1)
Turn and unlock these two knobs

Unplug the battery connector (WHITE) underneath seat

Reading Judgment: 11.5 V ~ 13.4 V – Good condition
10.0 V ~ 11.0 V – Recharge battery
9.5 V – Recharge battery. If after the stipulated
recharging time voltage has not increased,
then replace the battery.
Lower than 9.0 V – Replace the battery.

II) Check Fuse Condition
Operation: Look at the Fuse Check Window top of the battery to determine if the fuse
blown out. Keep the battery connected, and turn on the unit with the power
switch. The signal light of fuse will stay “ON” when there is a short circuit to
battery.

If the signal light is “ON”, then that means the fuse
has blown out. Replace the whole battery with a
new one.

III) Check Wiring Connection
Operation: There are three positions of wiring connections to checked.
A. Foot Pedal : Follow below steps to locate and check the connection.
Use a flat head to snap the Foot Pedal off from the left bottom
side of the car body

Check that the wires on the connecting block are secure.

B. Shifter : Locate the Shifter cover below the seat. Unscrew, and lift it up as
shown below.
Step (1)
Unscrew the shifter cover
Step (2)
Use flat head screwdriver to release cover as shown

Lift the shifter assembly up from slot
Step (4)
Check that the connecting blocks are properly in place
Reverse above procedures to re-assemble the vehicle

C. Steering Wheel : Follow below procedures to access the wiring connection.
Step (1)
Unscrew and remove the Steering Wheel from the right hand side
Step (2)
Remove the steering wheel from the steering column, and check the
connectors.

D. Dashboard : Follow above (IIIc) procedures to remove the steering wheel and then
access the wiring connection of dashboard.
Step (1)
Release the two slide-lock underneath the dash

Two slide locks here (push the tab inward to release)

Check if the wiring connectors on dashboard are properly connected or not

Reverse above procedures to re-assemble the vehicle

IV) Door Replacement
Operation: Follow above (IIId) steps to remove and unplug the dashboard, then replace
the door as shown below.
Step (1)
Unscrew two doors screws on the door that needs replacement
Step (2)
Remove and replace the whole Door assembly
Reverse above procedures to re-assemble the vehicle

V) Gearbox Replacement
Operation: Follow below steps to take apart replace the gearbox.
Use flat head screwdriver to unlock the snaps and remove the rim

Use the plastic wrench provided to remove the nut on the rear axle
Step (4)
Slide the rear wheel out from axle

Remove the seat and find the gearbox harnesses underneath
Unplug the appropriate side of gearbox you need to replace
Step (6)
Yellow connector with Black/Red wiring and White sticker on it, this is for the Driver (left) side.
White connector with Blue/White wiring and Red sticker on it, this is for Passenger (right) side.

V) Gearbox Replacement
Cut the cable tie to release the old gearbox

Push to loosen the gearbox assembly from inside first

Slide the gearbox out from axle

Replace the whole gearbox with a new one
Reverse above procedures to re-assemble the vehicle
