face box before working inside the wire feeder.
1. Remove the four (4) mounting screws on the rear
panel of the MobileMaster. Then assemble the
flowmeter cage as shown in Fig. 1 and secure with
the same 4 mounting screws. The welding cable

Shielding Gas
to MobileMaster 2cvcc or 2cv
3. Assemble the supplied P/N 952698 Elbow to the
outlet port of the flowmeter. With the flowmeter
valve facing towards you, position the elbow to face
directly to the left. Tighten this connection firmly
with a wrench.
4. With the flowmeter valve facing towards you, It may
be necessary to rotate the calibrated tube in the
flowmeter so that the calibrated readings are fac-
ing directly to the right and visible when assembled
to the MobileMaster. To do this: refer to F-15-333
packed with the flowmeter assembly; unscrew the
top retainer (not the bursting disk cap); rotate the
calibrated tube to the desired position; reassemble
retainer.
5. Insert the flowmeter assembly under the cage, and
then connect the elbow of the flowmeter assembly
to the shielding gas connection on the rear panel
of the MobileMaster wire feeder. Make sure the
flowmeter is positioned vertically, and then tighten
the connection nut firmly.
6. Connect the shielding gas supply hose to the inlet
connection of flowmeter. Tighten the connection
firmly using two wrenches.
7. For operating details on the L-33 flowmeter, refer
to Instructions F-15-333 packed with the flowme-
ter.
