Troubleshooting
1) Check that the unit power light is blinking green.
If not, unit has no power or is sleeping.
Solution: Shake your unit to wake it up. If this does not resolve the problem, check
that battery is installed correctly and charge unit.
2) GSM indicator light is on
If a red light appears above the GSM symbol, your T23 unit has no GSM connection.
Solution: Move your unit to a location with better GSM coverage, check the SIM
card is properly installed.
1) Check that the units GPS light is turned off
If the GPS light is blue, your unit has no GPS fix.
Solution: Move unit or external GPS antenna to a location with an unobstructed
view of the sky and check that it is facing upwards. Note that metallic window tints
may affect the GPS signal and installing your device under heavily tinted windows
is not recommended.

3) Check that your tablet/computer/phone is still connected to Tramigo Cloud

internet service provider for internet connection issues.
2) Unit reports unknown location
The T23 Location Directory of your unit is missing or corrupt.
