separatemotors,arrangetransportationanddosingofthe

limestone.Thecontrolboxisincorporatedinsidethefront

4 INSTALLATION

4.1 Positioning

TheOilShieldmustbeplacedbetweentheSparkShield(spark

arrester)andtheMDBltersystem.Makesurethatitisplaced

onastableandhorizontalbase.

ItisrecommendedtopositiontheOilShieldclosetothelter

system(approx.2m/6.5ft),tolimittheaccumulationof

limestoneinthemainduct.

CAUTION!

Donotblockthegridsattherightsideoftheunit.

Allowatleast100mm(4in.)spacetoavoidmotor

overheating.

MakesurethattheOilShieldremainseasy

4.2 Tools and requirements

Toenabledust-freelimestonerell,theOilShieldisprovided

witharimextractiondevicewhichislocatedunderthetop

cover.Assoonasthelimestonerelllidisopened,theagitator

mechanismsaswellasthescrewconveyorwillstopturning

andtherimextractionisactivated.Forthisreason,thefanof

theconnectedextractionsystemmustalwaysberunning

duringlimestonerell.
