1. THE CONTENTS OF THE SECURITY

Installation

Before lighting installation, to ensure the stability of the installation site. When reverse hanging

installation, use two sets of M10 bolt professional large hooks screwed into the bottom of the computer

lights hanging screw holes, you must make sure not to drop the lamp down on the support frame, with a

safety rope through the support bracket and lamps handle, to prevent the lamp falling and sliding. Lamps

during installation, prohibit pedestrians below. Regularly check the safety rope for wear, whether linked

to loosen. Rigging thus instability occurs, leading all the consequences arising from the lamp falling,

manufacturers do not bear any responsibility.

Minimum distance to the target object:

When the lamp during positioning, the distance between the object and the lighting lens beam irradiation

at least to keep 1.5m away.

The minimum distance from combustible body

When the lamp during the installation location, the minimum distance from any point to any combustible

material is two meters on a light surface.

Maximum ambient temperature

Highest ensure stable operation of the lamp ambient temperature does not exceed 40 ℃, the minimum

should not exceed -20 ℃.

Before opening this fixture products or want to repair, replace light bulbs, etc., make sure the

power is off.

Static protection and against electric shock

The lighting design in accordance with the type of protection against electric shock. To connect with

ground lighting power system. And ground lighting must be turned on and the ground power system,

Connect the power mains

Care and Maintenance

Before carrying out maintenance disassembly lighting products, to disconnect the power supply, can not

live action, after disconnecting the power supply, any part of the lamp within 10 minutes is not removable.

If you need to replace the lamp, you need to wait 15 minutes for the lamp to be operated completely

cooled.

Any lamp bulbs have life, this lamp is recommended to use foam cups 330W bulbs, light bulbs average

life of 750 hours. Computer light bulb usage time do not exceed its rated life, otherwise it may cause the

bulb bursts, the shock wave generated when the lamp exploded inside the lamp will damage the

condenser system, there are likely to generate high voltage breakdown of electronic components. Hot

lamp debris may also burn people, objects, and may even lead to a fire.

Lamp lenses or lenses and other rotating parts must be checked regularly to keep it stable, if there is

obvious damage or loose, it must be replaced promptly reinforced, to prevent accidents.

Lighting products using strong winds refrigeration, easy to dust must be cleaned at least once a week,

especially the cooling air inlet.

Luminaire housing temperature

In the heat stable working conditions, the maximum surface temperature of the lamp housing can reach

70 ℃.

Lamps

15R lamps built with a foam cup, high internal temperature, do not directly touch. If you install a new

lamp, please read the manufacturer's instructions carefully. If the lamp is damaged or thermally deformed,

should be replaced immediately.

Unpacking

Open the box, remove all accessories from the box and open the packaging, remove the fixture from the

box and place it on a level platform to facilitate related operations.

2.LAMP INSTALLATION

Loosen the beam lamp head plastic cover, open the inlet side of the fan, you can replace the lamp. When

installing the bulb, the bulb should be noted seated, otherwise easily lead to poor contact due to a short

circuit high voltage discharge, the impact of lamp life, damage to the circuit board components.

5R Cup bubble series products as high-pressure lamp bulb with external trigger, so when these lamps

operate, need to be careful. Before the operation, you should read the notes on these lamp manufacturers

to provide, by the operation of accidents caused by improper manufacturer does not assume any

responsibility.

Warning 1: lamp bulb is not installed, do not turn on the power to the computer lights, otherwise it will

burn fixtures.

Warning 2: bulb during installation, you must first disconnect the power.

Warning 3: The physical characteristics of the lamp work will reach a very high temperature, and gas

discharge bulbs can not continue to supply it, it must after every power failure, after 15 minutes to cool

completely before it can be anything. Doing so can cause high voltage discharge, short circuit, and even

burn computer control components on the board.

3.POWER SUPPLY AND SIGNAL CABLE

Main power connector

Using a dedicated plug to connecte computer lamp and power supply. It should be noted fixtures voltage

with frequency and power supply are the same signs on. Recommended that each lamp has a separate

power switch, so you can freely make each computer lights turned on or off . This fixture selection of input

DIGITAL OUT socket is connected to the vice computer IN socket. Then OUT jack is connected to the next

If you need to extend the communication cable connection, the male and female 3-pin XLR plugs at both

ends of a corresponding 1,2 corresponding 2,3 corresponding 3, otherwise easily lead to a communication

break. (Note: Each cables with a core diameter should be at least 0.5mm, best to use dual-core shielded

cable).

When the computer lights signal line access or take out, you should use a cylindrical 3-pin XLR plugs and

fixtures be provided. Note that all 3-pin XLR internal wires should not touch each other or come into

contact with the plug body.

The fixtures can accept DMX512 digital control signal format, the control signal socket connected to

labeled "IN" panel, and then mark it from there "OUT" socket connected to the next fixtures "IN" socket .

When installation is recommended to use DMX signal terminator. It is possible to avoid the damage

caused by electrical noise digital control signal. In simple terms, DMX terminator is a XLR connector,

between its 2 pin and 3 pin have a 1W and 120

ohm resistor, connect it to the computer lights chain last computer lights OUT socket.

The lamp is turned on methods

After completing all of the above operations and ensure that the corresponding model bulbs installed,

press the power switch to check whether everything is normal. After the switch is turned on before the

computer is lit lamp. The fixtures start after a few seconds mechanically reset setting operation, since after

the inspection, the LCD shows the DMX signal the start-coded values.

Manual control

This interface is used to control the current lighting and automatically enter the host state (does not

receive DMX signals emitted DMX signal to the slave from the mainline).

Manual menu will be Standard 16CH and Expand 20CH, the corresponding display 16 channels or 20

6. The cleaning and maintenance

To ensure stable operation fixtures should keep it clean. Cleaning is recommended every 15 days once

the body and fan. For lenses and color separation filter should be cleaned regularly to ensure the best

light period. Be careful not to use any soluble detergent when cleaning the optical separating filter, so as

not to cause damage to the lamp.
