SIM card need a VOICE/TALK PLAN and DATA PLAN.
confirm if your local support 2G network, and GSM signal
works fine around you.
Download KidMate and Blinding
The mobile phone could download APP by scanning the QR
code in package or searching KidMate in APP store, then blind
the watch (Binding the watch will be introduced in later
following operating instruction of “kid mate”)

If you are a new user, please create a new account so as to
access the applications
Directly scan QR code at the back of the watch and follow
the instructions to bind.
Manually input IMEI (15 bits), and tap to get verification code
after verifying the phone number and IMEI code
Why is it shown oine after I have already bind the watch
First, please conrm that the operator is comparable to 2g GSM
with the watch .
Second .make a conrmation that the SIM has already opened
related services .
Third, test the SIM for normal use with the mobile phone .
If the above operations can not be resolved , immediately
contact the engineer and will solve the problem
within 12 hours.
FAQ
The dierent watches have dierent network signal, and
when you are in the remote place or it runs a bit slow, the
watch has no signal. this doesn't mean there is something
wrong with the watch. This is the normal phenomenon.
