Instructions
Prepare burger patty:
1.
Mix 1 egg, ground beef, onion, garlic, Worcestershire sauce, salt and
pepper. Mix evenly.
2.
Shape into patty and wrap it in a plastic wrap. Place it in the
refrigerator for 30 minutes to hold it together when cooked.
3.
Heat the olive oil in in medium-low heat in a pan. Cook the burger
patty for about 4 minutes on each side.
Prepare egg:
1.
Crack one egg into the Gourmet2day Microwave Egg Cooker cup.
2. Use a toothpick or fork to pierce the egg yolk. Add lid.
3. Microwave on high for 30-32 seconds*. With a spoon, ip the
egg over inside the cup and microwave on high for a further 8-10
seconds* or until cooked to taste.
4.
Set aside and season with salt and pepper.
Complete your gourmet burger:
1.
Spread mayonnaise on the bottom half of the bun.
2. Place baby spinach, burger patty, and egg on the bun. Close burger
with top half of the bun.
* Cooking time based on 1000W microwave. Cooking times will vary depending on the
microwave wattage and egg size. You may need to adjust the cooking times to suit.

1 medium sized onion
(grated)
1 garlic clove (grated or

1 burger bun sliced in half
A handful of baby
spinach

mayonnaise
Salt and pepper to taste
