PRZEZNACZENIE:
Zestaw akwariowy swoim estetycznym wyglądem pasuje idealnie do każdego otoczenia w
mieszkaniu. Piękna ora i fauna może atrakcyjnie ożywić nastrój, poza tym akwarium jest
idealnym nawilżaczem wysuszonego przez ogrzewanie powietrza. Obserwowanie kawałka
kolorowej, żywej natury w mieszkaniu uspokaja nasze czasem zmęczone oczy i nerwy.

WARUNKI BEZPIECZNEGO UŻYTKOWANIA:
Niniejszy sprzęt nie jest przeznaczony do użytkowania przez osoby ( w tym dzieci) o ograniczonej zdolności
zycznej, czuciowej lub psychicznej, lub osoby nie mające doświadczenia lub znajomości sprzętu, chyba że
odbywa się to pod nadzorem lub zgodnie z instrukcją użytkowania sprzętu, przekazaną przez osoby odpowia-
dające za ich bezpieczeństwo. Należy zwracać uwagę na dziec, aby nie bawiły się sprzętem.
Oprawy oświetleniowe wykonane są zgodnie z aktualnie obowiązującymi normami
bezpieczeństwa. Przed każdą operacją związaną z modułem oświetleniowym oraz z włożeniem ręki do wody
np. montaż, czyszczenie, wymiana wody, wymiana świetlówek - należy odłączyć od sieci moduł oświetlenio-
wy (poprzez wyłączenie włącznika oraz wyjęcie wtyczki z gniazda sieciowego) i wszystkie inne urządzenia
elektryczne, znajdujące się w akwarium. Nie wolno instalować uszkodzonej oprawy, oraz takiej, która ma
uszkodzony przewód zasilający. Przewodu zasilającego nie wolno wymieniać ani naprawiać. W przypadku
uszkodzenia
przewodu należy wymienić cały moduł oświetleniowy. Oprawy można używać tylko w
pomieszczeniach i wyłącznie do akwariów.
KONSERWACJA I WYMIANA OŚWIETLENIA
Przed rozpoczęciem czyszczenia albo naprawy, należy bezwzględnie odłączyć
urządzenie od sieci elektrycznej, wyciągając wtyczkę z gniazdka sieciowego.
Oświetlenie zastosowane w pokrywie jest nierozbieralne i dlatego w przypadku przepalenia świetlówki należy
wymienić cały moduł oświetleniowy – Aqua 4 Start 11W (nr indeksu 407011), który jest dostępny w sprzedaży
jako część zamienna.
DEMONTAŻ I KASACJA
„Producent odpadów” - tj. użytkownik, w chwili likwidacji wyrobu czy też wymiany zużytych
części, powinien podjąć następujące działania:
-części nadające się do dalszego wykorzystania poddać regeneracji bądź przechować,
- odpady metaliczne przekazać do punktu skupu złomu,
- elementy z tworzyw sztucznych, gumy itp. przekazać do punktów prowadzących
recykling, lub postępować zgodnie z miejscowymi przepisami o postępowaniu z odpadami metalicznymi, nie-
organicznymi, organicznymi i mieszanymi.
Nieprzestrzeganie niniejszej instrukcji wyklucza możliwość uznania roszczeń gwarancyjnych.

WARUNKI GWARANCJI.
AQUA-SZUT Sp. z o.o. z siedzibą przy ul. Opolskiej 11/19 we Wrocławiu (52-010) gwarantuje nabywcy poprawne działanie urządzenia, na
które została wystawiona niniejsza karta gwarancyjna, pod warunkiem użytkowania go zgodnie z przeznaczeniem oraz zasadami określonymi
w instrukcji obsługi doręczonej Nabywcy wraz z tym towarem. Urządzenie objęte jest 24-miesięczną gwarancją (licząc od daty zakupu) i obejmuje
towary zakupione na terenie całej Europy. Gwarancją nie są objęte uszkodzenia powstałe w wyniku nieprawidłowej eksploatacji. Gwarancja
ogranicza się tylko do urządzenia, obejmuje wady materiałowe i błędy wykonania, nie obejmuje szkód następczych. Gwarancja jest realizowana
przez naprawę urządzenia lub jego wymianę. W przypadku stwierdzenia nieprawidłowej pracy lub wad wykonania prosimy o kontakt telefoniczny
pod numerem (+48 71) 34 35 773. W celu dokonania naprawy gwarancyjnej należy dostarczyć urządzenie wraz z kartą gwarancyjną do punktu
sprzedaży. Naprawa gwarancyjna zostanie dokonana w ciągu 14 dni od dostarczenia urządzenia i zgłoszenia reklamacji. Gwarancja na sprzedany
towar konsumpcyjny, nie wyłącza, nie ogranicza ani nie zawiesza uprawnień kupującego wynikających z niezgodności towaru z umową.

AQUARIUM SET CONSISTS OF THE FOLLOWING ELEMENTS:

The aquarium set, thanks to its attractive design, will perfectly suit each place in user’s apartment. Beautiful ora
and fauna may efciently vitalize the atmosphere. Moreover, aquarium is a perfect humidier of air dried-out by heat
radiators. Observation of a piece of colourful and lively nature in an apartment will calm down our often tired eyes
and mood.

DESIGNATION:
Aquarium covers are used to:
- illumination of the aquarium,
- supplementation for day-light for aquarium plants
- protection against sh jumping out of the aquarium
- protection against quick vaporization of aquarium water
CONDITIONS OF SAFE OPERATION:
This equipment should not be used by persons (including children) with diminished physical, sensory or emotional
abilities or by persons who have no experience in using or no knowledge of this kind of equipment, unless they are
supervised by or follow the usage instructions provided to them by persons responsible for their safety. Care should
be taken in order to prevent the children from tampering with the equipment.
Light xtures are produced according to currently binding safety standards. Before each operation involving a lighting
module and placing a hand in the water, such as the assembly, cleaning, water replacement, or light bulb replace-
ment- the lighting module as well as any electric devices in the aquarium should be disconnected from the power
supply (by pressing the switch-off button and removing the plug from the socket). You mustn´t install a damaged
xture or the xture with a damaged power cord. The power cord should not be replaced or repaired. If it has been
damaged, the whole light xture shall be replaced. The xture can be used only indoors and only in aquariums.
MAINTENANCE AND REPLACEMENT OF THE FLUORESCENT LAMPS:
Prior to cleaning or repairing, you MUST disconnect the device from electricity, by switching the lamp off and unplug-
ging it from the power supply, and then take the cover off the aquarium. For cleaning of external surfaces of the aqu-
arium, it is recommended to use soft cloths and gentle cleaning detergents. When replacing the uorescent lamps:
untie the lamp holder fastening cups (on one side turn them anti-clockwise, on the other side turn them clockwise),
remove the lamp from the holders, remove the cups from the lamp. Then place the caps onto new lamp, insert the
lamp into the holder and fasten the caps tight. The lighting used in the cover cannot be dismantled and therefore in
the case of burnout of the uorescent lighting, the entire light module must be replaced- Aqua 4 Start 11 W which is
available as a spare part Then place the cover onto the aquarium, insert the plug into power supply socket and turn
the connector on the electric circuit.
DISASSEMBLY AND WITHDRAWAL FROM USE:
„Waste producer”, that is the user of the device, at the moment of device withdrawal from use or exchange of used
elements, should undertake the following actions:
- elements, which might be re- used, should be regenerated or properly stored,
- metallic waste should be delivered to scrap-heap purchasing centre,
- elements made of plastics, rubber, etc., should be delivered to recycling centres,
or you should act with respect of local regulations, regarding dealing with metallic, non-organic, organic and complex
mixed waste.
Not following manufacturer’s operating guidelines will void the warranty.

GUARANTEE TERMS AND CONDITIONS.
AQUA-SZUT Sp. z o.o. with permanent establishment ul. Opolska 11/19 in Wrocław (52-010) is offering to the buyer a guarantee of correct
operation of the device, for which this guarantee card has been issued, under the condition that it is used according to the intended use and the
rules specied in the User’s Manual delivered to the Buyer together with this item. The unit is covered by 24-month guarantee (from the date
of purchase). and it includes the products bought in any part of Europe. The guarantee excludes defects resulting from improper operation. It
is conned to the unit itself, covers material and workmanship defects, but excludes any consequential damages. The guarantee is effected by
repair or replacing the defective unit. To effect guarantee repair, please deliver the unit with its guarantee card to the retail outlet. The repair will
be completed within 14 days of delivering the unit and raising the claim. The guarantee for the sold consumer goods does not exclude, limit or
suspend the rights of the buyer following from goods contrary to the agreement.

BESTIMMUNG:
Die Aquariumdeckel dienen folgenden Zwecken:
- Beleuchten des Aquariums,
- Ergänzen der für die Panzen erforderlichen Dosis von Tageslicht,
- Schutz der Fische vor Herausspringen aus dem Aquarium,
-Vorbeugt ein schnelles Verdampfen des Wassers aus dem Aquariums.
SICHERHEITSBEDINGUNGEN.
Dieses Gerät ist nicht geeignet für die Verwendung von den Personen (darin Kinder) mit der eingeschränkten physi-

kalischen, psychischen Fähigkeit oder Gefühlfähigkeit, von den Personen ohne Erfahrung oder Kenntnis der Geräte,
außer wenn es unter Aufsicht oder gem. der Bedienungsanweisung des Gerätes stattndet, die von den für deren
Sicherheit verantwortlichen Personen übergegeben wurde.
Achten Sie darauf, dass die Kinder nicht mit dem Gerät spielen.
Die Leuchten sind nach gültigen Sicherheitsnormen hergestellt.
Vor jeder Handlung, die mit dem Beleuchtungsmodul oder mit dem Legen der Hand ins Wasser verbunden ist z.B.
Montage, Reinigung, Wasserwechsel, Wechsel der Leuchtstofampen – das Beleuchtungsmodul ist vom Stromnetz
zu trennen (durch Abschalten des Schalters oder Ziehen des Steckers aus der Steckdose) und alle elektrischen
Geräten, die sich im Aquarium benden.
Die beschädigte Leuchte, oder die mit der defekten Anschlussleitung, darf nicht installiert werden.
Die Anschlussleitung darf nicht ersetzt oder repariert werden. Bei Beschädigung der Leitung ist das komplette Be-
leuchtungsmodul zu ersetzen. Die Leuchte darf nur in geschlossenen Räumen und ausschließlich für Aquarien
verwendet werden.
WARTUNG UND AUSTAUSCH DER LEUCHTRÖHRE:
Vor dem Beginn der Wartung bzw. Reparatur der Leuchte, das Gerät unbedingt vom Netz trennen (durch das Aus-
schalten des Schalters und Herausziehen des Steckers aus der Steckdose), dann den Deckel vom Aquarium abneh-
men. Bei Außenreinigung einen weichen Lappen und ein sanftes Reinigungsmittel benutzen. Um die Leuchtröhre zu
ersetzen: die Muttern der Leuchtröhre abdrehen (auf einer Seite im, auf der anderen entgegen dem Uhrzeigersinn),
die Leuchtröhre aus der Fassung nehmen die Muttern entfernen. Die Muttern auf die neue Leuchtröhre aufdrehen,
die Leuchtröhre in der Fassung einsetzen, die Muttern fest anziehen. Den Deckel auf das Aquarium aufsetzen,
den Stecker in die Steckdose stecken und die Leuchte mit dem Schalter einschalten. Die Beleuchtung verwendet
im Deckel kann nicht worden abgebaut und daher dient im Fall von durchgebrannter Leuchtstofampe das ganze
Beleuchtungsmodul, als Ersatzteil verfügbar, ersetzt zu werden – Aqua 4 Start 11 W.
DEMONTAGE UND ENTSORGUNG:
Der „Abfallhersteller”, d.h. der Filterbenutzer, sollte bei der Entsorgung des Produktes bzw. beim Ersetzen von Alt-
teilen folgende Maßnahmen ergreifen:
- Teile. die wieder verwendet werden können, sollten wiederhergestellt oder aufgehoben werden,
- Metallabfälle sind bei einem Schrotthändler abzugeben,
- Teile aus Kunststoffen, Gummi usw. sind bei Recycling-Stellen abzugeben,
bzw. den Lokalvorschriften über die Behandlung von metallischen, anorganischen, organischen und gemischten
Abfällen vorgehen.
Das Nichteinhalten dieser Anleitung schließt jegliche Garantieansprüche aus.

AQUA-SZUT Sp. z o.o. mit dem Sitz in ul. Opolska 11/19 in Wrocław (52-010) garantiert dem Käufer eine korrekte Arbeit der Einrichtung, worauf
diese Garantiekarte ausgestellt worden ist, unter der Bedingung das sie bestimmungsgemäß und gemäß der in der an den Käufer gelieferten
Gebrauchsanweisung und der Ware bestimmten Regeln gebraucht wird. Die Gewährleistungsfrist beträgt 24 Monate (von Einkaufsdatum). und
umfasst die in ganzem Europa eingekauften Waren. Ausgenommen von der Garantie sind Shaden, die infolge einer unsachgemäßen Bedinung
enstanden sind. Die Gewährleistung beschränkt sich auf das Gerät es wird für die Mängel gewährt, die auf Material und Fertigungsfehler zurück-
zuführen sind. Die Folgefehler sind von der Garantie ausgenommen. Die Garantieleistungen fassen Reparatur oder wechsel des Gerätes um.
Zur Garantiereparatur schicken Sie das Gerät und die Garantiekarte an die Stelle, wo Sie Ihr Gerät eingekauft haben. Garantiereparatur folgt
innerrhalb von 14 Tagen von der Gerätslieferung und der Beanstandung. Die Garantie auf die verkauften Verbrauchsgüter schließt die Rechte des
Käufers aus der Nichtübereinstimmung der Ware mit dem Vertrag nicht aus, beschränkt sie nicht und beendet sie nicht.
