01 Assembly
PRECAUTIONS
WARNING: This bicycle has been designed and constructed to provide maximum safety. Nevertheless, certain
precautions should be taken when using exercise equipment. Read the whole manual before assembling and using
the bicycle. The following safety precautions should also be observed:
1. Before using the exercise bike, please read all instructions in this manual.
2. It is the responsibility of the owner to ensure that all users of the bike are adequately informed
of all precautions. Use the exercise bike only as described in this manual.
3. Use the bike indoors on a level surface and keep it away from moisture and dust. Place a mat
under the stabilizers to protect the carpet or floor.
4. Inspect and tighten all parts regularly. Replace any worm parts immediately
5. Keep children away from this equipment at all times. DO NOT leave them unsupervised in the room where this
bicycle is kept.
6. Wear appropriate exercise clothing when using the bike. Do not wear loose clothing that could
become caught in the bike.
7. If you feel pain or dizziness while exercising, stop immediately and cool down.
8. The pulse sensor is not a medical device. Various factors including the user’s movement, may
affect the accuracy of the heart rate readings. The Pulse sensor is intended only as an exercise
aid in determining heart rate rends in general.
9. The bike is intended for commercial use.
Pre-assembly notes
OPEN THE BOXES
Make sure all parts on the manual are included in the carton. Check The Hardware Chart
for a full count of the number of parts included for proper assembly.
GATHER YOUR TOOLS
Before starting the assembly of your unit, gather the necessary tools. Having all of the equipment at hand
will save time and make the assembly quick and hassle-free.
CLEAR YOUR WORK AREA
Make sure that you have cleared away a large enough space to properly
assemble the unit. Make sure the space is free from anything that may cause
injury during assembly. After the unit is fully assembled, make sure there is a
comfortable amount of free area around the unit for unobstructed operation.

Install Pedals
Insert the Right Pedal (D-10R) into the right arm of the Crank
assembly and finger tighten in a clockwise direction until the
thread is fully inserted in the crank.
Repeat for the Left Pedal (D-10L) and finger tighten in an
anticlockwise direction. Tighten both with the wrench.

Install Handlebar Post
Take off screws and washers(C-4/C-5/C-6) from handlebar post.
Connect upper hand pulse wire (C-7) with lower hand pulse wire
(D-18), upper computer cable (C-8) with lower computer cable (D-17).
Then attach handlebar post (C) with main frame by screws,
flat washers and wave washers .

Install Handlebar
Insert two hand pulse wire with body fat (B-1) into handlebar post hole(L&R), then pull them out from handlebar post.
Fixing handlebar (B) onto handlebar post by screws (K) and spring washers (K-1).

Take off computer back cover and four screws (A-2) from adjustable computer bracket (A-1). Then fix the computer plate( A-1) by screw.
Through four computer cables out of computer back cover. Connect four cables with computer, and then secure computer back cover
with screw ( A-2). Please see the detailed assembly as below :

Step 5 – Install Protect Cover
Attach left and right protect cover (C-1/C-2) to handlebar post by three screws (K-2) and two screws (K-3). Assemly upper protect cover
(C-3) to handlebar post by cross screw (K-3)

Step 6 – Install Seat and Carrier
Take off hexangular screw (E-49) from holder for slider post (E). Keep seat support frame (E-3) erect and secure it with screw(E-49).
Apart screw (E-43) from handlebar (E-5) . Fixing carrier (E-42) on the handlebar with screw (E-43). Take off four hexangular screws (E-26)
and four cross screws (E-43) from back rest. Secure back rest with four hexangular screws (E-26) , then attach magazine rack( E-4) to
back rest with four cross screws (E-43).

Step 7 – Install Seat Cover
Through two cables (E-35) out of handlebar cover (E-7). Secure handlebar cover onto handlebar with screws (K-3). Attach left and right
seat cover (E-36/E-37) to handlebar.

Step 8 – Insert Cables
Insert the cable in the back of seat.
Step 9 – Seat Adjustment
You can move seat(E-2) forward and backward by handle for slider(E-21). Also, you can adjust the angle of back rest (E-1) by knob (E-16).

BUTTON FUNCTIONS
UP To make upward adjustment to each function data or increase training
resistance.
DOWN To make downward adjustment to each function data or decrease training
resistance.
MODE To confirm all setting.
START/STOP To start or stop workout.
RESET To reset current setting and have the monitor switch to initial training mode
for selection.
RECOVERY To test heart rate recovery status.
BODY FAT To test body fat %
Press the BODY FAT button in standby mode and modify user data.
DISPLAY FUNCTIONS
TIME Count up -
No preset target, Time will count up from 00:00 to maximum 99:59
with each increment is 1 minute.
Count down -
If training with preset Time, Time will count down from preset to
00:00. Each preset increment or decrement is 1 minute between 01:00 to
99:00.
SPEED Displays current training speed. Maximum speed is 99.9 KM/H or ML/H.
RPM Displays the Rotation Per Minute. Display range 0~15~999
DISTANCE
Accumulates total distance from 00:00 up to 99.99 KM or ML. The user may
preset target distance data by pressing UP/DOWN button. Each
incensement is 0.1KM or ML.
CALORIES Accumulates calories consumption during training from 0 to maximum 9999
calories.
(This data is a rough guide for comparison of different exercise sessions which
can not be used in medical treatment.)
PULSE User may set up target pulse from 0 -
30 to 230 and computer buzzer will beep
when actual heart rate is over the target value during workout.
WATT Display current workout watts. Display range 0~999.
OPERATING PROCEDURE
(1) When power’s on, LCD will have 2 seconds of all segments displaying on screen with a beep. Follow by the
wheel diameter, body fat spec and UNIT displaying on LCD for 1 second, system will then enter into the
setting mode.
(2) Users may use ▲ or ▼ key to select one user profile from U1~U4. SEX, AGE, HEIGHT and WEIGHT are
requried to be set. System will enter into the standby mode when all values are done setting.
(3) Use ▲ or ▼key to select MANUAL→ PROGRAM→H.R.C.→WATT→USER PROGRAM→MANUAL in
circulation order. Press the MODE key when selection is determined.
(4) MANUAL –
4-1 Use ▲ or ▼ key to adjust the LEVEL; press the MODE key for confirmation. Manual value also can be
adjusted under the START mode; LEVEL text and number will be displaying on LCD. LCD will switch to
display the WATT value if no adjustment is accrued after 3 seconds.
4-2 Use ▲ or ▼ key to preset values for TIME, DISTANCE, CALORIES and PULSE. Press the MODE key for
confirmation.
4-3 Press the START key to start exercising. RPM BAR and PULSE BAR will change values accordingly. Press
the STOP key to pause exercise (with all values remaining on screen). Press the PRSET key to return to
PROGRAM SELECT.
(5) PROGRAM –
5-1 Use ▲ or ▼ key to select P1~P12. LCD will display corresponding flashing garphic to the program user
selects.
5-2 When PROGRAM is selected, use ▲ or ▼ key to preset LEVEL. Press the MODE key after value’s
determined. Follow use ▲ or ▼ key to preset TIME; press the START key to start workout.
5-3 LEVEL can be adjusted during exercise. LEVEL text and number will be displaying on LCD. LCD will
switch to display the WATT value if no adjustment is accrued after 3 seconds.
(6) H.R.C. –
Use ▲ or ▼ key to select 55%, 75%, 90% or TARGET. The heart rate value will be calculated according to the
AGE user inputs and will be shown in the alphanumeric column in flashing text. Use ▲ or ▼ key to preset
TARGET value (30~230). Press the MODE key for confirmation. Use ▲ or ▼ key to preset TIME; press the
START key to start exercise.
(7) USER PROGRAM –
Users can use ▲ or ▼ key to set PROGRAM graphic. Press the MODE key for confirmation. Press the MODE
key for 2 seconds to stop setting. Use ▲ or ▼ key to set TIME; press the START key to start exercise.
(8) WATT –
WATT default value 120 will be displayed in the alphanumeric column in flashing text waiting for setting.
Users can use ▲ or ▼ key to adjust WATT value; press the MODE key for confirmation. User ▲ or ▼ key to
set TIME; press the START key to start exercise. WATT LEVEL will be adjusted automatically according to
user’s RPM input value. It can also be adjusted by using ▲ or ▼ during exercise.
(9) BODY FAT –
When it’s under the STOP mode; press the BODY FAT key to start body fat measurement. There’ll be a UX
displaying on LCD for 2 seconds; system will then enter into the measurement processing and start executing
when there’s a heart rate value detected. FAT%, BMI and a result symbol will show on LCD after 8 seconds.
Press the BODY FAT key for 2 seconds (under the STOP mode) to enter into personal profile setting (AGE,
HEIGHT, WEIGHT); press the MODE key to confirm and start the measurement. Alphanumeric column will
display E-1 if there’s no heart rate input detected during testing. An E-4 will be shown in the alphanumeric
column if the test result is exceeded in FAT 5~50 and BMI 5~50.
(10) RECOVERY –
When there’s a heart rate input (under both START and STOP mode); press the RECOVERY key to execute
this function. TIME “0:60” will start to count down and the alphanumeric column will display "FX"(X=1~6)
when TIME reaches zero. Press the RECOVERY key to return to the pervious awaiting mode. The actual heart
rate value will be shown on LCD continually after the test is finished.
NOTE
1. Stop pedaling for 90 seconds, computer will turn off.
2. Start pedaling and input 15RPM or above, computer will wake up.
3. Within 90 seconds, user may press RECOVERY button to test hear rate recover status.
4. This model has a USB port as a charger.
