SERIES
In recent years small compact undercounter refrigeration has
become increasingly popular. In response, Traulsen & Co., Inc.
manufacturer of quality commercial refrigeration for over 60
years is now offering compact undercounter models. These
durable, high quality units are as robust as their larger, full-size
cousins and are ideal for use in most point of service locations.
As produced specifically for Chick-fil-A, these models include
a number of account specific features, such as an ETC Ther-
mostat and Angled Door Toe Tabs (see below for more infor-
mation).

Construction, Hardware and Insulation
Cabinet exterior, including top and sides are constructed of 22 gauge #430 stainless
steel. Cabinet interior is constructed of anodized aluminum. Exterior back and bot-
tom are constructed of galvanized steel. A set of four (six for model UHT60) adjust-
able 6" high metal legs are included.
Easily removable for cleaning magnetic door gasket assures tight door seal. Cabinet
contains 2" thick CFC free polyurethane insulation.
A re-hingeable stainless steel door with a full length horizontal handle and ABS liner
is provided. The door self closes at less than 90 degrees and also includes a stay
open feature at 105 degrees.

Specifications
Refrigeration System
A rear mounted, self-contained, balanced refrigeration system using R-134a refrigerant
is included. Fans circulate air, which is first drawn through vents, then passed through
the cooling coils before being introduced into the food zone. A non-electric hot gas
condensate evaporator and cord and plug are included.
Interior
Interior arrangements include two (2) powder coated shelves per door. These are
adjustable in 1/2" increments with a minimum spacing between shelves of 1-1/2".
Warranties
The standard warranty includes a five year compressor warranty and a one year
parts and labor warranty on all components and the cabinet.
