OPERATING MANUAL
Congratulations and thank you for choosing model 29003/29004 Quartz Wall Clock with temperature
and humidity. Please follow these instructions to set your clock.
1. Remove the battery cover screws D using the appropriate screwdriver.
2. Battery: Insert on new “AA” Alkaline battery according to the polarity marked in the battery
compartment.
3. Time Set: Turn the time set knob E to the desired time.
4. Replace the battery cover and tighten the screws D. The degree of the tightness of the 2 screws
must be the same. In order to do this, first screw both screws tight; then loosen them one and a
half turns, keeping the pressure of both screws the same. Then tighten both screws again.
Note: 1. This clock should not be left outside in extreme temperatures or placed in an area exposed to
direct weather in order to maintain the accuracy of the clock movement.
2. The thermometer and hygrometer are self-adjusting and do not need a battery to operate the
hygrometer will self-adjust 24 hours after setup. This clock will be accurate to within a few
minutes per year. Should the timekeeping suddenly fluctuate, replace the batteries.
3. Thermometer and Hygrometer Variances:
Thermometer +/-2 F Hygrometer +/- 10%
4. Do not remove the rubber piece inside the battery cover.
Two Year Warranty (U.S.A.)
Equity products are warranted for two years from the date of consumer purchase against defects in material and
workmanship. During this period such defects will be repaired, or the product will be replaced at Equity’s
option. This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse or negligence. ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES,
INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OR FITNESS AND MERCHANTABILITY, ARE LIMITED IN
DURATION TO A PERIOD ENDING TWO YEARS FROM DATE OF PURCHASE. Some states do not allow limitations on
how long an implied warranty lasts so the above limitation may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific
legal rights and you may also have other rights which vary from State to State.
Please help in preservation of the environment and return used batteries to an authorized depot. Remove the battery
from the clock if you do not intend to use for an extended period of time
.
