1x Backrest 1x Seat 1x Base 1x Control Unit

1x Gas Lift and cover

5x Casters 1x Plastic Right Side Cover 1x Plastic Left Side Cover

1x Lumbar Pillow 1x Head Pillow 1x Wrench

Turn the ve star base over and attached wheels. Install the hydraulic unit into

the ve star base center hole. Place the hydraulic plastic cover over the hydraulic

unit.

CHAIR ASSEMBLY

Using the M8 Allen key remove the screws on the side of the backrest and use to

attach the backrest to the seat.

Fix the plastic covers onto the sides of backrest. Fix the control unit to the base

of the seats .

Insert the hydraulic unit into the opening of the control unit.

Put headrest pillow on the back-

rest.

CHAIR ASSEMBLY

A. Lead the elastic through the

aperture as shown.

B. Attach the belt clips together.

C. Adjust cushion as desired.
