Troubleshooting

Model: V886

Malfunction: Unit will not start (alternator).

Circumstance: Start pedaling; the display shows no reaction.

Possible reasons: 1. Wires are not connected.

2.The drive board faulty.

3.Alternator

Troubleshooting: 1. Inspect wire and cable connections.

2.Inspect the alternator. Do LED2 and LED3

on the drive board light, while pedal.

3. Replace the drive board as a test.

4. Replace the control board.

Troubleshooting

Model: V886

Malfunction: Unit will not start (battery).

Circumstance: Press <Power>, the display shows no reaction.

Possible causes: 1. The battery fuse is burnt.

2. The battery faulty.

3. The battery charge function on drive board has failed.

Troubleshooting: 1. Inspect the cable connections.

2. Measure the battery voltage. Two batteries: 24V

3. Inspect battery fuse.

4. Or replace the drive board as a test.

5. Pedal at 50 RPM or higher to recharge the battery.

Malfunction : Strides/min value =0

Circumstance : When using the machine,

the Display shows Strides/min value =0

Possible Causes: 1. Cable is not well-connected.

2. Speed sensor faulty.

3. Drive board faulty.

Troubleshooting : 1.Inspect the led 15 CLK(speed sensor) on the drive.

The distance between the speed sensor & reflective

Sticker is 5mm.

2. Clean the detector of the speed sensor,

3. Replace the Drive board and test again

4. One pedal per second, strides/min =60.

Circumstance : When pedaling, there is no resistance.

Possible Causes: 1. Drive board faulty.

2.Control board faulty.

3.Alternator faulty.

Troubleshooting : 1.Inspect cables connection.

2.Inspect led 15 on the drive board (speed sensor).

2.Inspect alternator , Electro-magnet.

3.Replace the Drive Board and test again.

4.Repalce control board

Circumstance : Malfunction of the Wireless Heart Rate Device

Possible Causes: 1.Polar heart-rate transmitter faulty.

2.The Polar board faulty.

3.Ambient interferences such as the light or the speaker

Troubleshooting 1.Replace polar transmitter or the battery

2.Check the polar board cable connection.

3.Replace the polar board.
