TREADMILLASSEMBLY
PEDESTALANDHANDLEASSEMBLYSTEPS
Whenyouremovethetreadmillfromitsbox,firstchecktomakesurealloftheparts
arepresent.Then,readthroughtheassemblyinstructionsbeforeyoubegin.
.Usethetoremovethescrews(3pcs)
fromthesideplatesofthemotorcover(bothleftandright)andremove
bothsideplates,thenusethe
toremovethescrewsandwashers(6sets)fromthe
pedestalbracketarea.(SeeFig.1.)
First,threadthedatacablethroughtherightpedestal.Thenholdtheright
pedestalontothesupportbracketontherightsideofthetreadmill.Secure
therightpedestalbyfasteningtheboltswithwashersasshown.Holdthe
leftpedestalontothesupportbracketontheleftsideofthetreadmill.
Secureitbyfasteningtheboltswithwashersasshown.Atthispoint,do
NOTtightentheseboltssecurely.Leavethemslightlyloosesothatthe
displaycanfitsnugly.Tightentheseboltsfirmlyafterthedisplayisattached.
Then,usethetotakedownthescrewsand
washersonthetopofthepedestal(C).(SeeFig.2.)
