500 lbs (226.8 kg).
•The weight capacity of the CMA504 may be LIMITED
to the lowest weight capacity of any other component
or accessory used within the mounting system.

use as described in these instructions. Do not use
attachments not recommended by the manufacturer.
WARNING: Never operate this mounting system if it is
damaged. Return the mounting system to a service center for
examination and repair.
WARNING: Do not use this product outdoors.
IMPORTANT ! :
The CMA504 mounts are designed to be
mounted to a 1-1/2" NPT or NPSM following ANSI/ASME
B1.20.1 (Schedule 40, 0.154" minimum thickness aluminum -
ASTM B221) threaded extension column (not included).

Installation
WARNING: IMPROPER INSTALLATION CAN LEAD TO
SERIOUS PERSONAL INJURY OR DEATH! ALL wiring must
be installed by a qualified electrician and be in accordance
with all applicable local codes.
1. Thread coupling (A) onto 1-1/2" NPT pipe (not included)
making sure opening in coupling is facing in the desired
direction of outlet. (See Figure 1)

2. Secure mounting plate (B) to coupling using two button
head cap screws (C). (See Figure 2)

3. Orient each junction box as shown and remove knockout
from back side. (See Figure 3)
4. Slide each junction box (not included) into mounting plate
(B). (See Figure 3)

5. Align two mounting holes in each junction box with two
upper mounting holes in mounting plate (B). (See Figure 4)
6. Route wires through 1-1/2" NPT pipe, through hole in front
of coupling (A) and into junction box. (See Figure 4)

7. Install top and bottom cover (D) to mounting plate making
sure mounting tabs on mounting plate slide into slots in
covers and mounting holes in mounting tabs on covers align
with mounting holes in junction boxes. (See Figure 5)

8. Secure top and bottom covers (D) to mounting plate (B)
using four Phillips flat head screws (E).

9. Connect wires to two plugs (not included) and secure plugs
to junction box using two screws (provided with plug) for
each plug. (See Figure 7)

10. Secure cover (not included) to plug assembly using two
