Pleasereadthisowner'smanualandfollowtheinstructions.
Twopersonsarerecommendedtoassemblethetreadmill.Toavoidback
strain,andtoensuresafetytotheunitandyourself,wesuggestyouavoid
liftingtherunningbedassemblyfrombox.Insteaddropthesidesofthe
boxandslidethetreadmillfromthecontainerratherthanliftingit.
Thepackingforthistreadmillwasdesignedtoprotectitduring
shipment,pleasestoretheoriginalpackinginasafeplaceincaseyou
needtoshiptheunitinthefuture.

StepbyStepInstructions
Whenyouremovethetreadmillfromitsbox,firstchecktomakesurealloftheparts
arepresent.Then,readthroughtheassemblyinstructionsbeforeyoubegin.
1.Tipthetreadmillonitsside.Makesuretherunningbeltisinpositioninthetracks
oftheBeltAlignmentGuidesontheundersideofthemachine.(SeeFig.1).Be
suretoremoveanddisploseofshippingblockslocatedalongthesideofthebed
andremovedfromtheunderside.
2.(1)Rotateuprightpostsintotheirrespectiveposition,securingeachsidewiththe
screwsprovided.

Whenyouenteryourage,PersonalCardioAdvisorautomaticallycalculatesyour
suggestedlow,midandhighHeartRaterange,65%,72.5%,80%,ofmaxheartrate.
PleasenotetheGuidelinesforExercisesectionforfurtherexplanationofHeartRate
trainingranges.
Thisfeatureisasecondarysafetyfeaturethatallowstheuser,inanemergency
situation,tostopthetreadmill.Oncethebuttonhasbeenpushed,rotatethebutton
clockwisetoreleasetheemergencystopbutton.Thetreadmillwillnotoperateifthe
buttonisdepressed.
