Troubleshooting

Malfunction Possible cause Remedy

The device

does not

function.

The device is

not supplied with

power.

Check the outlet with a

different device.

Insert the power plug

correctly.

Check the mains fuse.

The device is

defective.

Contact our Service or a

specialist.

The function switch

(7) is set to “II”.

Set the function switch

to “I”.

The device is

blocked.

Meat residue is

sticking to the

spiral.

1. Set the switch (6) to

“O” and wait until the

motor has stopped.

2. Set the function

switch (7) to “II”.

3. Set the switch (6)

to “R” to loosen

the blocked meat

residue.

4. Switch the device off

and pull the power

plug.

5. Now remove any

sticking residue.
