Thank you for selecting this BLUETOOTH headset. This BLUETOOTH headset uses
2.4GHz Bluetooth technology to provide lightweight, handsfree, private and secure
communication – without the inconvenience of wires.
This Bluetooth headset is compatible with devices that support the Bluetooth Headset and
Handsfree profiles. To be able to use the headset with a mobile phone, the phone needs to
have built-in Bluetooth technology, or a compatible Bluetooth phone adaptor.

GETTING START
To use your headset, please follow these simple steps :
I. Charge your headset battery
II. Switch your headset on.
III. Pair your headset with a Bluetooth Telephone
I. Charge the battery
NOTE : The battery pack for your headset is already installed when you purchase your
headset. The battery is not fully charged when you buy the headset. Before you can use
the headset, you need to charge the headset’s self-contained battery for up to 2-3 hours.
To charge the headset, please follow this guide :
Connect the included AC charger to the main power supply and then to the headset charger
port. While charging, the red indicator light is on and remains on until charging is complete.
When charging is complete, the Red light will go out, you can then remove the charger from
the headset.
LOW BATTERY WARNING
When the headset is on and the battery becomes low, the RED LIGHT will flash to remind
you the headset needs to be recharged. Recharge the battery as described above.
II. SWITCHING YOUR HEADSET ON/OFF
To turn your headset on, press & hold “Function button” & “Volume – button” simultaneous
For 2 seconds. The GREEN LED light will quick flash three times, and goes to stand-by
mode. The indicator light will flash green every 2-3 seconds whilst the headset is on.
To turn your headset off, press & hold “Function button” & “Volume – button” simultaneous
for 2 seconds, The RED LED light will then flash 3 times & goes to OFF mode.
III. PAIRING YOUR HEADSET
Prior to using your headset for the first time, you MUST pair it with another BLUETOOTH
device, such as a mobile telephone. The Bluetooth connection between the headset and your
phone can be established by setting up a paired link. With a paired link, the phone
remembers the headset’s ID, and these 2 items are then ‘paired’ together – eliminating the
need to repeat the set up process with future use. Only paired devices can utilize
Auto-Answer and Auto-Transfer functions. The information below describes pairing
instructions for a typical device. For specific instructions, refer to your mobile telephone
user guide.
PAIRING PROCEDURE.
1. Switch off your headset & turned on your cell phone, place the headset and
telephone where they are easily viewable. Make sure the Bluetooth feature of your
telephone is turn on.
2. On your headset (under off mode), Press & hold “FUNCTION button” & “volume –
button” simultaneous for 5 seconds. (The Green LED light will flash 3 times after 2
seconds, then 3 seconds later, The Red LED light will flash), then release the
“Function button” & “Volume – button”, and wait about 2 seconds, Afterwards the
Green LED will turn on and RED LED light will flash. Your headset is now entering
into pairing mode & will remain discoverable by other BLUETOOTH devices for
60 seconds.
3. On your cell phone, search for devices by selecting DISCOVER from the Bluetooth
options menu. Check your mobile telephone display and follow the instruction.
4. Select BH220 on the menu of you phone, Enter the passkey 1234, when your phone
menu prompts you, and the phone will start to pair the headset with the phone (the
device ID is now stored in the phone’s memory).
5. Your phone screen will advise that pairing has been successful, and headset
indicator light will then goes to stand-by (GREEN LED light flash) mode.
6. Once the headset and phone have successfully paired you are ready to place and
receive calls.
GETTING THE PERFECT FIT
This Bluetooth headset is designed to fit comfortably in your ear. For added comfort, you
can add the optional Eargel and/or Earhook
SELECT LEFT OR RIGHT EAR
The headset is able for wearing on your both ears by changing the direction of Earhook.
Simply unplug the Earhook from the headset, plug earhook again in the different direction for
left or right ear fitting selection.
PLACING THE HEADSET ON YOUR EAR
In order to wear the headset, please follow these instructions
1. Put the earhook in its open position (90% away from the headset)
2. Loop the earhook behind your ear.
3. Close the headset towards your ear
USING YOUR HEADSET
ANSWERING A CALL
To answer a call, wait for the headset to ring, just press the Function button to answer the call.
When the call is coming, Both RED LED & GREEN LED will flash alternately to alert the
user.
REJECT A CALL
To reject a call, wait for the headset to ring, keep hold Function button for 2 seconds to reject
a call.
ENDING A CALL
To end a call, hold function button till the call is terminated at any time during a call
TRANSFERING A CALL TO THE HEADSET
If you are using your telephone handset, you can transfer the call to your headset by pressing
the Function button. This function is subject to your mobile phone supports call transferring
function.
MUTE FEATURE
The mute feature, when activated, allowed you to hear the person you are calling, but they
cannot hear you.
To mute a call, pressing volume + & volume – button simultaneous during a call. To
de-activate mute, press volume + & volume – button together again.
LAST NUMBER REDIAL
When making a call, you can dial the last number called using your headset. Press Volume +
or Volume – button under stand-by mode to redial the last number.
VOICE DIALING
Making sure that your mobile phone supports voice dialing function., and voice tags are
stored. Pressing Function button under stand-by mode, you will hear a short beep tone., and
then speak the voice tag name. A tone prompts you say the name of the person you wish to
call. The phone automatically dials your selection.
ADJUSTING THE VOLUME
To increase the volume level, press & release the Volume + button. To decrease the volume
level, press & release the Volume – button. When the maximum or minimum volume level
is reached, the headset sound short beep tones. The volume only can be adjusted during
talking.
DISCONNECTING YOUR HEADSET & MOBILE PHONE
To terminate the connection between the headset and your mobile phone, press Function
button for 2 seconds. To active the connection between the headset & your mobile phone,
press Function again for 2 seconds.
