Warning

Always stay alert when using the DJI Smart Controller Enterprise (hereinafter referred as "Smart

Controller")

to

control an Unmanned Aerial Vehicle

(UAV).

Carelessness may result in serious harm

to

yourself and others. Always download and read the Disclaimer and Safety Guidelines

of

the aircraft

and the detailed User Manual before usage.

1 . Fully charge the Smart Controller before each flight.

2. If the Smart Controller is turned on and the touch screen

is

off for five minutes, an alert sound will

be triggered.

Ten

seconds after the alert sound, the Smart Controller will automatically power off.

Move the sticks

or

perform some other action

to

cancel the alert.

3. Ensure the antennas are unfolded and adjusted

to

the proper position

to

achieve the optimal

transmission quality.

4. Contact DJI support

to

repair or replace the antennas if they are damaged. Damaged antennas

will greatly decrease performance.

5. Link the Smart Controller and the aircraft again if you change the aircraft.

6. Ensure

to

power off the aircraft before the Smart Controller.

7.

Fully charge the Smart Controller every three months.

8. Immediately charge the Smart Controller when its power level decreases

to

10%

to

prevent the

Smart Controller from damage due

to

over discharge for an extended period. Discharge the Smart

Controller

to

a power level between 40% and

60%

if stored for an extended period.

9. DO NOT cover the air vent

on

the Smart Controller. Otherwise, the Smart Controller may become

too hot, which could affect its performance.

10. DO NOT disassemble the Smart Controller without the assistance

of

a DJI authorized dealer.

Always contact DJI or a DJI authorized dealer

to

replace the Smart Controller's components.

11. DO NOT

block

the Smart Controller's built-in GPS. In cases where the DJI Smart Controller

Enterprise Screen Mounting Bracket (hereinafter referred as "Mounting Bracket") is installed,

remove it and try again if GPS signal

is

poor.

12.

To

avoid wear and tear

of

the Stick Covers, DO NOT disassemble the sticks on a frequent basis.

Introduction

The

OJI

Smart

Controller

Enterprise (hereinafter referred

to

as

"Smart

Controller")

features

OCUSYNC ™ Enterprise technology, capable

of

controlling aircraft that supports this technology, and

providing a

live

HD view from the aircraft's camera. It can transmit image data at distances

of

up

to

6.21

mi

(10

km)

and comes with a number

of

aircraft and gimbal controls as well as some customizable

buttons. 0

The built-in 5.5-inch high brightness

1000

cd/m

2 screen has a resolution

of

1920x1080

pixels,

featuring

an

Android system with multiple functions such as Bluetooth and GNSS. In addition

to

supporting Wi-Fi connectivity, it is also compatible with other mobile devices for more flexible usage.

The Smart Controller has a maximum working time

of

2.5 hours with the built-in battery. When using

the WB37 Intelligent Battery, the maximum working time can be extended

to

4.5 hours. @

The Smart Controller can reach its maximum transmission distance

(FCC)

in an unobstructed area with no electro-

magnetic interference at an altitude

of

about 400 feet (120 meters). The actual maximum transmission distance

may

be

less than the distance mentioned above due

to

interference in the operating environment, and the

actual value will fluctuate according

to

the strength

of

interference.

To

comply with local regulations, the 5.8 GHz

frequency

is

not available

in

some countries and regions.

@ Maximum run time is estimated

in

a lab environment

at

room temperature, for reference only. When the Smart

Controller is powering other devices, the run time will

be

diminished.

Mounting the WB37 Intelligent Battery

Press and hold the battery release button.

@ Insert the Intelligent Battery into the battery compartment. Make sure the bottom

of

the

battery is aligned

to

the marking line

in

the compartment.

@ Push the battery

to

the bottom.

upward.

3. Checking the Battery Level and Turning On

Check

the

internal

battery

level

according

to

the

Battery Level LEDs. Press the

power

button once

to

check it while turned off.

Press the power button once, press again and hold for

a few seconds

to

turn on/off the Smart Controller.

necessary to make sure that the internal battery has

some

Otherwise, the Smart Controller cannot be turned

on.

4.

Adjusting the Antennas

Lift the antennas and adjust them. The strength

of

the Smart

Controller signal

is

affected

by

the

position

of

the

antennas.

When the angle between the antennas and the back

of

the Smart

Controller is

80°

or 180°, the connection between the Smart

Controller and aircraft can reach its optimal performance.

Optimal

Transmission

Zone

Try

to

keep the aircraft inside the optimal transmission zone. If

the

signal is weak, adjust the

antennas or fly the aircraft closer.

• Avoid using wireless devices that use

the

same frequency bands as the Smart Controller.

• In

real

operation, the

DJI

Pilot

app

will issue a prompt

to

warn that the transmission signal is weak, and

please adjust the antennas to ensure that the aircraft

is

back

to

the optimal transmission range.

5. Linking the Smart Controller and Aircraft

When the Smart Controller

is

purchased together with

an

aircraft

as

a combo, it is already linked

to

the aircraft. If not, please follow the steps below

to

link the Smart Controller and the aircraft

after successful activation.

1. Turn on the Smart Controller and the aircraft.

2. Press down the customizable buttons C1, C2, and the record button simultaneously. The

status

LED

will blink blue and the Smart Controller

will

sound a double beep

to

indicate that

linking starts.

3. Press and hold the aircraft's power button for at least five seconds

to

link the aircraft and the

Smart Controller. The Smart Controller's status

LED

will be solid green if linking is successful.

These Safety Guidelines contain instructions for safety, operation

and

maintenance. It is essential to read

and

follow all of the instructions and

warnings prior to assembly, setup or use, in order to operate the product

correctly and safely, avoiding damage or serious injury.

Intelligent Battery Safety Guidelines

WARNING]

To

avoid fire, serious injury, and property damage, observe the following safety

guidelines when using, charging, or storing your Intelligent Batteries.

Battery Use

1.

DO NOT allow the battery

to

come into contact with any kind of liquid. DO NOT

leave the battery out

in

the rain, or in damp or wet humid environments. If the

inside of the battery comes into contact with water, chemical decomposition

may occur, possibly resulting in the battery catching fire, or even explode.

2.

Never use non-OJI™ batteries. Go to www.dji.com to purchase new batteries.

OJI

is not responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for damages to equipment

caused by the use of non-DJ I batteries.

3.

Never use or charge swollen, leaky,

or

damaged batteries. If your battery

is abnormal, contact

OJI

or a

OJI

authorized dealer immediately for further

assistance.

4.

Ideally, the battery should be used in temperatures ranging from -4°F (-20°C)

to 104 °F ( 40°C). Battery usage in environments above 104 °F ( 40°C) can lead

to serious damage and in environments above 140°F (60°C) can lead to a fire

or

an

explosion. Battery usage

in

temperatures below -4°F (-20°C) can lead to

permanent damage, even

an

explosion.

5.

DO

NOT

use

the

battery

in

strong

electrostatic

or

electromagnetic

environments. Otherwise, the battery control board may malfunction and cause •

a serious accident during use.

6.

Never disassemble or pierce the battery in any

way,

or the battery could leak,

catch fire, or explode.

7.

Electrolytes

in

the battery are highly corrosive. If any electrolytes make contact

with your eyes or skin, immediately wash the affected area with clean running

water for at least 15 minutes. See a doctor immediately.

8.

DO NOT use the battery again if it was involved in a crash of any kind or heavy

impact.

9.

If the battery falls into water with the device during use, take it out immediately

and

place it in a safe and open area. DO NOT use the battery again. Dispose

of the battery properly as described

in

the Battery Disposal section below.

DO

NOT heat the battery. Put out any battery fire using sand or a dry powder fire

extinguisher.

10. DO NOT place the battery in a microwave oven or in a pressurized container.

11.

DO NOT place loose battery cells on any conductive surface, such as a

metal table.

12. DO NOT put the loose cells in a pocket, bag or drawer, where they may short-

circuit against other items, or where the battery terminals could be pressed

against each other.

13. DO NOT drop or strike the battery.

Do

NOT place heavy objects on the

battery or charger.

14. Always clean the battery terminals with a clean, dry cloth. This will avoid the

risk of connection failure.

Charging the Intelligent Battery

1.

Never attach the batteries to wall sockets or car charger outlets directly.

Always use a

OJ

I approved adapter.

OJI

is not responsible or liable, directly or

indirectly, for damages caused if the battery has been charged using a non-OJI

charger.

2.

DO NOT charge the battery near flammable materials, objects or on flammable

surfaces such as carpet or wood. Never leave the battery unattended during

charging.

3.

DO NOT charge the battery immediately after

use;

battery temperature

may be too high. Instead, allow the battery to cool down close to room

temperature before charging again. The ideal charging temperature range

is from 59°F (15°C)

to

104°F (40°C). It will take longer to charge the battery

when the temperature is below 59°F (15°C), for the consideration of safety

and battery service life

4. Disconnect the charger when not in use. Examine the charger regularly for

damage to the cord, plug, enclosure, or other parts. DO NOT clean the charger

with denatured alcohol or other flammable solvents. Never use a damaged

charger.

Battery Storage

1.

Keep the battery out of reach of children

and

pets. DO NOT leave the battery

near heat sources such as furnaces or heaters.

2.

DO NOT leave the battery inside a vehicle

on

hot days. The ideal storage

temperature is 72°F (22°C) to 86°F (30°C).

3.

Always keep the battery

dry.

Never drop the battery into water. 5

4.

DO NOT drop, strike, impale, or manually short-circuit the battery.

5.

Keep the battery away from metal objects such as glasses, watches, jewelry,

and hairpins.

6.

Never attempt to travel with or transport a damaged battery or a battery with a

power level higher than 30% or lower than

20%.

7.

When carrying the Intelligent Battery on board

an

airplane, its power level

should be lower than 30%. And always place the battery

in

a fireproof location.

Battery Disposal

1.

Dispose of the battery in specific recycling boxes in your local area and

only after a complete discharge. DO NOT place the battery in regular trash

containers or bins. Strictly follow your local area regulations and guidelines

regarding the disposal

and

recycling of batteries.

Battery Maintenance

1. Never use the battery when the temperature is too high or too

low.

2.

Never store the battery in environments with a temperature higher than

104°F

(40°C).

1. Make sure the battery is fully charged before use.

Charging the Intelligent Battery

1.

The

Intelligent Battery is designed to stop charging when it

is

full. However it

is

good practice to monitor the charging progress and disconnect the battery

when fully charged

Battery Storage

1 Discharge the battery to 40%~65% if NOT intended to be used for 10 days

or more This can greatly extend the battery's overall life span

To

discharge

the battery, please insert the battery into the device and use the device. It is

normal that

you

may feel moderate heat emitting from the battery during the

discharge process.

2. DO NOT store the

battery

for a long

period

of time with its

power

fully

discharged. It may lead

to

irreversible damage.

3.

The battery will enter hibernation mode if depleted and stored for

an

extended

period of time. Recharge the battery

to

bring it out of hibernation

4 Remove the battery from the device when planning to store it for

an

extended

period of time.

Battery Disposal

1.

If the Intelligent Battery is disabled and the battery cannot be fully discharged,

please contact a professional battery disposal or recycling agent for further

assistance.

2.

Dispose of the battery immediately if it cannot

be

powered on after over-

discharging.

Battery Maintenance

1. Battery life may be reduced if not used for an extended period of time.

2 Fully charge and discharge the battery at least once every three months to

maintain battery health

Travel Notice

1. Always store Intelligent Batteries in a well -ventilated place.
