2 Mounting PS 120-500 M1/M2

2.1 Installation of headstock and access platform for seeder

• Unfold the AS 1200 M1 (Figure 1).

• Install the 2 sheet metal profiles on the PS bracket MK AS1200 (Figure 2).

• Install the ABK AS1200 PS120-500 on the headstock of the AS 1200 (Figures 3 and 4).

• Install the headstock on the AS 1200 (Figure 5).

• Install the access platform with the access platform carriers on the frame of the jacks (Figure 6).

• Install the ladder at the rear end of the access platform (Figure 7).

• Install the top step on the PS platform and on the support of the folding cylinder (Figure 8).

• Install the railing on the right side of the top step (Figure 9).

2.2 PS – Installation

• Install the PS 120-500 with the hose

outlets in the direction of travel. Fasten

the PS with the supplied bolts (Figure 10).

3 Dispersion plate assembly and hose routing

3.1 Dispersion plate assembly

• Install the dispersion plates with the brackets on the front cross connection of the tine bed frame

– Distance from the centre on each side approx. 300 mm. Repeat this for all tine beds (Figures

11 and 12).

3.2 Hose routing

• Hose lengths:

2 tine beds on the centre frame: 4 pcs. of hose, each with a length of 3000 mm

2 tine beds on the inner side frame: 4 pcs. of hose, each with a length of 4000 mm

2 tine beds on the inner/outer side frame pivot point: 4 pcs. of hose, each with a length of

5800 mm

2 tine beds on the outer side frame: 4 pcs. of hose, each with a length of 2000 mm

• For the left side of the harrow, the left outlets of the PS500 are used – for the right side of the

harrow, the right outlets of the PS500 are used. Route the hoses downwards in a wide arc

(Figures 13 and 14).

•

Each hose to the gangs on the centre frame is routed underneath the folding cylinder to the

dispersion plates. They are fastened to the hydraulic hoses with cable ties together with other

hoses (Figures 15 and 16).

• The hoses for the next closest tine beds are routed along the side frame and fastened with cable

ties (Figure 17).

• The hoses to the dispersion plates on the tine bed are routed through the pivot point of the

harrow attachment. The same is true for the opposite tine bed (Figure 18).

• For the next tine beds, the hoses must be routed along the scissor folding. They must be

fastened with cable ties exactly as shown in the image (Figure 19).

• The hoses are routed to the dispersion plates on the tine bed via the pivot point of the tine bed

attachment. Please route exactly as shown in the image. The same is true for the opposite tine

bed (Figure 20).

• The hoses for the outer tine beds are routed along the side frame and fastened with cable ties

(Figure 21).

As shown in the image, the hoses to the dispersion plates are routed and fastened on the tine

bed. The same is true for the opposite tine bed (Figure 22).

• At the end, check whether

folding is possible without

crushing a hose

(Figure 23).
