Verify the material.
• Damper assembly
• Metal frame
• Bag of screws
• Jumper
• Plastic bushing
• Screwdriver Phillips #2
• Small flat screwdriver
• Metal scissor
• Knife
Remove the plastic shield and cut the internal
section on the top of the unit.
Fold the four sides of the duct flange.
Cut the insulation along the duct
flange.
UNPLUG THE UNIT BEFORE STARTING THE INSTALLATION !

Cut the insulation accordingly to the dimension below.

Remove the 4 screws and take the cover off.

Unplug the connector «FAN IN» from PCB. Free the sensor from
the inside of the unit and pull it out through the grommet.

Slide the motor assembly of the unit.
Pull the actuator’s wire through the hole.
Attach the damper with the supplied screws.

Insert the metal frame inside the unit before installing the
damper.

Attach the metal frame with the supplied screws.

Insert the damper inside the unit.

Insert the motor assembly inside the unit while keeping the
connector toward yourself.

Plug back the connector(s) «FAN IN» on the PCB .

Pass the sensor, through the grommet, toward the inside
of the unit and slide it back in the slot.

Connect the actuator to the 11th and 12th board on the
terminal strip.
*Unit with EC motors

Install the jumper(s) on the electronic board on the
position indicated below. Use jumper in the kit.

Put the cover and the 4 screws back on the control panel.

PLUG BACK THE UNIT !
