Delfield CT is a versatile mobile cantilevered tray and rack dispenser that optimizes storage and transportation in commercial kitchens. Its durable construction features a 14-gauge stainless steel elevating mechanism cabinet and a 16-gauge stainless steel dispenser platform carrier. The unit is supported by four 4" polyolefin swivel casters (all locking) for smooth mobility and stability.

The Delfield CT offers adjustable self-leveling mechanisms to accommodate various tray or rack sizes. Its customizable options include heavy-duty casters, wrap-around bumpers, special tray or rack dispenser sizes, napkin dispensers, and silverware bins.

Specifications

Elevating mechanism cabinet is

14-gauge stainless steel. Base is

14-gauge stainless steel, reinforced

with 14-gauge stainless steel support

channels. Unit has four 4” (10.cm)

diameter polyolefin swivel casters (all

locking) and non-marking gray bum-

pers at each corner.

Dispenser platform carrier is

16-gauge stainless steel and is

mounted on two stainless steel can-

tilever arms. Self-leveling mecha-

nisms are field adjustable by adding

or removing stainless steel exten-

sion springs. Springs are accessible

behind a removable panel on the

front of the unit.
