item is intact and undamaged. If any parts
are missing or broken, please call Harbor
Freight Tools at the number shown on the
cover of this manual as soon as possible.

Additional Assembly Tips
All pieces snap together perma-1.
nently. Read through instructions, lay
out pieces BEFORE snapping parts
together, and assemble in order as
listed.
Right and left parts are different from 2.
each other and must be assembled
correctly for reel to work properly.
Side Handles (2) and (3), and Side
Stands (5) and (6), are marked on the
outside with an “R” for RIGHT and an
“L” for LEFT.
RIGHT3. Side Reel (6) has a rectangu-
lar hole in the middle and six slots to
insert Reel Cross Bars (9).
LEFT Side Reel has a round hole 4.
in the center, six slots to insert Reel
Cross Bars (9), and one more slot to
insert Hose Connector (15).
Front Base (10) has “FRONT” im-5.
printed on the top and the Back Base
(11) has “BACK” imprinted on the top.
Assembly
Identify all pieces before assembly.1.

2. Snap Left (4) and Right (5) Side
Stand pieces onto Front (10) and
Back (11) Base pieces. Slide Wheels
(12) onto posts on outside lower sec-
tion of Left and Right Side Stands
and snap in place. Snap Wheel Cov-
ers (13) onto Wheels (12).

3. Snap Handle Cross Bar (8) onto
smaller ends of Left (2) and Right (3)
Side Handles. Slide holes at other
end of Side Handles over hollow
posts on upper inner sides of Left and
Right Side Stands.

4. Snap the three Reel Cross Bars (9)
into slots on Side Reels (6) and (7).
There will be one remaining slot for
the Hose Connector (15) on the Left
Side Reel.

5. Place assembled Reel (6), (7) and (9)
between Side Stands so that the Left
Side Reel is on left side. Slide Crank
Handle (14) into Right Side Stand (5)
from the outside and into rectangular
hole in Right Side Reel, snapping the
part in place.

Insert Hose Connector (15) through
center of Left Side Reel (7) and Left
Side Stand (4) from the inside, and
snap into remaining slot on inside of
Left Side Reel (7) as shown in photo .

7. Snap Shelf (1) onto hollow posts on
lower inside of Left (2) and Right (3)
Side Handles. Shelf will rest ush
on top of shelf rests on front of Side
Handles.

Tool Set Up
Note: Locate Hose Cart on a level surface,
less than 4 ft. from water spigot.

Connect one end of Leader Hose
(16) to wall spigot and other end to
Leader Hose Connector (15) on
outside of Left Side Reel (7).
Connect hose (sold separately) to 2.
Hose Connector (15) on inside of Left
Side Reel (7).
Position your foot on foot stabilizer 3.
and turn Crank Handle (14) clockwise
to roll hose around Reel.
General Operating Instructions
Pull hose end to unreel length need-1.

MAINTENANCE
