The Electrolux 900-Thermaline of cooking equipment is designed for the very heavy duty requirements of
hotels, institutions, hospitals, central kitchens, in-flight kitchens and cruise ships. The series consist of a wide
choice of modular elements that can be installed as individual, free-standing units or assembled into a
complete cooking suite made virtually seamless by means of cleverly-designed connecting rails.
The models detailed on this sheet are designed for cooking rice, pasta and vegetables in boiling water. Each
model incorporates a boiler in the base for preheating water. Installation options are wall mounted, floor
mounted on 100 or 200 mm high feet or a plinth which can be either steel or masonry construction

EASY TO USE
• In addition to cooking pasta, the
appliance can be used for noodles
of every kind, rice, dumplings,
vegetables and soups for large or
small servings.
• The water basin is seamlessly
welded into the chrome nickel
steel top of the appliance.
• Automatic water level control by
refilling with water preheated in
the built-in boiler.
• An operating mode switch
provides for rapid filling of the
basin; heating switched on;
automatic water level control by
boiler water feed.
• Water temperature is controled
by an energy controller.
• Water overflow is provided
through which excess starch or
water can run off into the floor
drain.
• A drainage surface is provided
on which the baskets can be
placed for draining purposes.
• The appliance is delivered with 3
baskets size GN1/3.
• Three safety thermostats protect
against overtemperature. These
thermostats can be manually reset
without the use of tools.
• All appliances conform to ruling
European safety and hygiene
standards and are H marked.
• All models are type-approved by
an international standards
authority and are certified.
EASY TO MAINTAIN
• Easy to clean basin with
rounded corners.
• Body, compartment and support
are made of AISI 304 stainless
steel.
• No gaps or dirt traps between
adjoining appliances when
connecting rails are fitted.
• All major components may be
easily accessed from the front.
• The appliances are IP X5
certified against water jets.
EASY ON THE ENVIRONMENT
• 98% recyclable by weight.
• Packing free of toxic substances.
