Assembly:
Assemble casters to caster bracket.
Mount caster assembly to base.
Mount axle to base.
Assemble spacers and wheels (valve
stems out) to axle.
Mount handle.
! Do not use handle to lift system;
use handle only to move unit.
Handle is not designed to support
weight of system.
