SYMPTOM

Red Wrench Icon appears at the top of the BIC Touch Screen.

ACTION

This icon appears as a reminder it is time for Planned Maintenance, contact 1-844-724-CARE (2273) to inquire about an Annual

Tune-up. To remove the Red Wrench Icon from the screen do the following;

1. Touch on the back arrow to exit out of the

drink making menu screen and enter the main Easy

Touchscreen.

2. Select the Managers menu icon enter letter “A” for

the password and the select the green check .

3. Touch on the down arrow in the bottom right hand

corner one (1) time.

4. Select the service wrench and in the pop up

password/keyboard screen enter the password SILENCE.

• If the password is accepted confirm then exit back

out to the main screen and the wrench should now

be gone.

• If the password was not accepted enter letter “A”

and the select the green check to continue.

5. Touch on the down arrow one (1) time and select the

Planned Maintenance box.

• If prompted for a password enter the password

SILENCE, confirm then exit back out to the main

screen and the wrench should now be gone.

• If not continue to the next step.

6. The following screen will display, select the first option,

Mixer Maintenance Performed;

7. When prompted for a password enter the password

SILENCE.

8. The Blender Maintenance Confirmation screen will

appear, press the green check to confirm.

9. The Red Wrench will no longer appear on the drink

making screen. Exit back to the Main Menu by pressing

the back arrow .

NOTE: The Red Wrench reminder will reappear in 1 year when

Annual Maintenance is due.
