Akai E1 Headrush gives you retro tape echo, CD-quality delay, and a loop recorder, all at your feet. Tape echo simulates a classic 4-head tape echo machine. Each head has its own output or they can be mixed. Normal delay time can be set on the fly by tapping the TAP TEMPO footswitch to correspond to the desired delay time. Loop recorder allows you to immediately record a phrase and loop it, and this phrase can then be layered over with other phrases.
