Etac Cross is an anti-tip device designed to provide stability and prevent wheelchairs from tipping over. It consists of three or four parts, including an attachment bar, an anti-tip stabilizing bar, and an extension with a wheel. Tippskydd Elite/Act/Sting/Cross
Tippskyddet består av tre (Act) eller fyra (Elite, Sting, Cross) delar:
- Infästningsröret monteras under hjulfästet (se bild).
- Tippskyddsröret snäpps på infästningsröret i lämpligt längdläge.
- Förlängningsdelen med avlastningshjul fästs i tippskydds röret med skruv/mutter i önskad höjd.
För att kunna köra över trösklar och tjocka mattkanter rekommenderas ett avstånd från golv till avlastningshjul på 3-4
cm. För Elite/Sting/Cross med 20" drivhjul monterat i C-raden, finns ett speciellt tippskydd med kortare tippskyddsrör.
Anti-tipp Elite/Act/Sting/Cross
The anti-tip stabilisers consist of three (Act) or four (Elite, Sting, Cross) parts:
- The attachment bar is mounted under the wheel mount (see sketch).
- The anti-tip stabilising bar snaps onto the attachment bar at a suitable height.
- The extension with its wheel is attached to the stabilising bar with a screw and nut at the desired height.
To allow you to drive over thresholds and the edges of thick carpets, a distance of 1" 1 " from the floor to the stabiliser
wheel is recommended. For Elite/Sting/Cross chairs with 20" rear wheel mounted in C-pos, there is a special anti-tip
stabiliser with shorter bars.
Kippschutz Elite/Act/Sting/Cross
Der Kippschutz besteht aus drei (Act) oder vier (Elite, Sting, Cross) Teilen:
- Das Befestigungsrohr wird unter der Radbefestigung montiert (siehe Abbildung)
- Das Kippschutzrohr wird in geeigneter Längenposition am Befestigungsrohr durch Einschnappen befestigt
- Das Verlängerungsteil mit Entlastungsrad wird im Kippschutzrohr mit Schraube/Mutter in gewünschter Höhe
montiert.
Um über Schwellen und dicke Teppichkanten fahren zu können, wird ein Abstand von 3-4 cm zwischen Boden und
Entlastungsrad empfohlen. Für Elite/Sting/Cross mit 20" Treibräder in der C-Reihe montiert, ist ein besonderer
Kippschutz mit kürzerem Kippschutzrohr erhältlich.
