Connecting to the mains

Before you switch on the vacuum cleaner make sure that the mains voltage is the same as that shown in the technical details.

Important!

1. This equipment is intended exclusively for domestic use.

2. Never pull the plug out of the socket to switch off the vacuum cleaner. Always use the on/off switch.

3. Never use the vacuum cleaner if the cable, plug or housing is damaged.

4. Do not use the vacuum cleaner without a bag, or if the bag is damaged or full (look at the dust bag filling level indicator).

5. If the vacuum stops working properly, pull the plug out of the socket immediately. In addition, make sure that the plug is pulled out of the socket

before changing the dust bag or filter, or before cleaning the vacuum cleaner.

6. Do not use the vacuum cleaner for sucking up sharp objects or pieces of glass.

7. Never suck up burning matches, glowing ashes or cigarette ends.

8. Do not use the vacuum cleaner for sucking up products containing chemicals, dust, plaster, cement, or similar particles.

9. This vacuum cleaner is intended only for use on dry surfaces. The vacuum cleaner is not intended for use on foam, water,

inflammable or explosive materials or other liquids.

10. Always make sure that the vacuum cleaner is not placed near radiators, ovens or other heating equipment or heated surfaces.

11. Always make sure that the ventilation slots are kept free from obstruction. Obstructed air circulation can lead to overheating

and damage to the vacuum cleaner.

12. Always make sure that the vacuum cleaner is only operated with the dust bag and the filter installed.

13. The vacuum cleaner is not intended for use by children.

14. If your vacuum cleaner is defective, please send it to the appropriate service centre or have it repaired at an electrical equipment

repair workshop. Under no circumstances open the vacuum cleaner yourself. Work on your vacuum cleaner carried out by non-authorised

service centres could endanger your health.

15. Any rights under the guarantee are lost if these operating instructions are not followed. The guarantee does not cover wear parts or damage

resulting from improper use (incorrect operation, water, dropping etc.), work on the vacuum cleaner carried out by third parties, or technical

modifications to the vacuum cleaner.

The performance of services under the guarantee does not extend or renew the 36 months guarantee period.

Before using for the first time

1. Take the vacuum cleaner out of the packaging.

2. Check that the dust bag is correctly fitted.

3. Remove the packaging and check that the dust bag and safety filter are correctly fitted.

Operation

1 Place the vacuum cleaner in the horizontal position.

2 Attach the hose to the hose opening.

3 Connect the wand to the hose grip.

4. Various tools can attached to the other end of the wand, such as brushes, round nozzles or crevice tools.

5. Pull out sufficient mains cable.

6. Press the on/off switch to switch on the vacuum cleaner.

7. When required you can control the amount of suction using the suction control switch on the grip.

You can control the power using the appropriate button on the vacuum cleaner itself.

A low power setting is recommended for delicate surfaces e.g. curtains.

8. Press the on/off switch again to switch off the vacuum cleaner.

9. After use always pull the plug out of the mains socket.

10. Rewind the mains cable by actuating the foot button on the vacuum cleaner.

11. You can remove the hose for storing the vacuum cleaner. To take the hose out of the socket, press both buttons at the end of the hose.

12. With the vacuum cleaner in the horizontal position, you can attach the wand and the brush to the vacuum cleaner handle.

Advice on use

1. Floor brush

Press the button to set the floor brush for use on floors and smooth or flat surfaces. This is for cleaning PVC, floor-boards, marble, sandstone,

parquet etc. Place the button to its original position again when you wish to use the brush for carpets or soft surfaces.

2. Nozzle on hose grip

Remove the wand and work just using the nozzle on the hose grip to vacuum curtains, lampshades, shelves or car seats etc.

It is particularly useful for cleaning soft materials.

3. Crevice adapter (multi-purpose crevice nozzle)

Take the crevice adapter from the accessory holder (at the rear of the cleaner near the plug). Use this nozzle to reach places that are

difficult to get into, such as curtain rails, recesses, corners and narrow openings. When using this tool you can simply swivel the front

brushes in or out to adjust the way the crevice nozzle works to suit your cleaning task.

This tool can either be fitted to the nozzle on the hose grip or on the end of the wand.

Replacing the dust bag

1. The red indicator lets you know when the dust bag is full and needs to be changed.

2. Detach the hose by pressing the two buttons at its end.

3. Press the (open/close) button to open the housing cover.

4. Take the container with the dust bag out of the compartment.

5. Remove the full dust bag from the holder.

6. Place a new dust bag into the holder.

7. Place the container with a correctly fitted dust bag back into the compartment.

8. Close the housing cover.

9. Always check that the dust bag is correctly installed before switching on the vacuum cleaner again.

Replacing the filter

Before you install a new filter, always switch off the vacuum cleaner and pull the plug out of the socket. We recommend that the filter

is changed at least after every 5th dust bag. Two replacement filters are included with the vacuum cleaner.

1. Replacing the air inlet filter

- Open the housing cover.

- Take out the filter with the old dust bag.

- Insert the new filter.

- Replace the filter.

- Close the cover and check that it is properly closed.

Care and cleaning

1. Before you cleaning the vacuum cleaner, always switch it off and pull the plug out of the socket.

2. To prevent electric shock do not clean the vacuum cleaner with water and never allow the vacuum cleaner to be in contact with water.

3. Use a damp or dry cloth to clean the vacuum cleaner. Only clean the housing and the accessories.

4. The filter for the ventilation air and the internal air filter should be cleaned regularly.

5. Do not use any aggressive cleaning agents or solvents as these may attack the plastic.

Storing

1. Rewind the mains cable fully by actuating the foot button on the vacuum cleaner.

2. Place the vacuum cleaner in the vertical position.

2. Remplacement du filtre

- Ouvrez le couvercle du boîtier.

- Remplacez le filtre.

- Refermez le couvercle et assurez-vous qu'il est fermé correctement.

Entretien et maintenance

1. Avant chaque nettoyage de l'aspirateur, éteindre toujours l'appareil et débrancher la prise de la prose murale.

2. Pour éviter toute électrocution, ne jamais nettoyer l'appareil à l'eau et éviter obligatoirement tout contact de l'appareil avec l'eau.

3. Utilisez pour le nettoyage un chiffon humide ou sec. Nettoyer uniquement le boîtier et les accessoires.

4. Nettoyer régulièrement les filtres pour l'air arrière et les filtres à air intérieurs.

5. N'utilisez pas de produits nettoyants récurants ni de solvants ni de produits nettoyants attaquant les plastiques.

Rangement

1. Faites enrouler complètement le câble (pour faire enrouler le câble, actionnez la touche à pied correspondante sur l'appareil).

2. Rangez l'aspirateur en position verticale.

2. Sostituzione del filtro

- Aprire il coperchio del filtro.

- Sostituire il filtro.

- Chiudere il coperchio ed assicurarsi che il coperchio sia ben chiuso.

Cura e manutenzione

1. Prima d’ogni pulizia dell’aspirapolvere spegnere sempre l’apparecchio e togliere la spina dalla presa.

2. Per evitare un colpo di corrente non pulire l’apparecchio con acqua ed evitare qualsiasi contatto dell’apparecchio con l’acqua.

3. Per pulire utilizzare un panno umido o asciutto. Pulire solo il carter e gli accessori.

4. Il filtro per l’aria uscente e quello per l’aria entrante dovrebbe essere pulito periodicamente.

5. Non utilizzare detergenti o solventi aggressivi che potrebbero danneggiare la plastica.

Magazzinaggio

1. Riavvolgere completamente il cavo della corrente (utilizzare il pedale corrispondente sull’apparecchio).

2. Posare l’aspirapolvere in posizione verticale.

Sustituya el filtro

Antes de colocar un nuevo filtro desconectar siempre el aparato y sacar el conector de la caja de enchufe. Recomendamos un

cambio de filtro, cuando haya cambiado como mínimo 5 sacos para polvo. En el volumen de suministro ya están contenidos

2 filtros de repuesto.

1. Sustitución del filtro para la entrada de aire

- Abra la tapa de carcasa.

- Saque el filtro con la bolsa para polvo suelta.

- Introduzca el nuevo filtro.

2. Sustituya el filtro

- Abra la tapa del filtro.

- Cambie el filtro.

- Cierre la tapa y asegúrese de que está correctamente cerrado.

Cuidado y mantenimiento

1. Antes de cada limpieza de la aspiradora desconecte siempre el aparato y saque el conector de la caja de enchufe.

2. Para evitar un golpe eléctrico no limpiar el aparato con agua y evitar imprescindiblemente todo contacto del aparato con agua.

3. Utilice para la limpieza un trapo húmedo o seco. Limpiar solamente la carcasa y los accesorios.

4. El filtro para el aire trasero, así como el filtro de aire en el interior deben limpiarse con regularidad.

5. No utilice detergentes o disolventes cáusticos o medios de limpieza que ataquen al plástico.

Almacenamiento

1. Enrolle el cable de corriente completamente (pulse para enrollar el cable la tecla de pie correspondiente en el aparato).

2. Aloje la aspiradora en posición vertical.

- Retire o filtro com o saco para poeiras solto.

- Introduza o novo filtro.

2. Substituição do filtro

- Abra a tampa do filtro.

- Substitua o filtro.

- Feche a tampa e certifique que esta fica correctamente fechada.

Cuidados e manutenção

1. Antes de cada limpeza do aspirador, desligue sempre o aparelho e desligue a ficha da corrente eléctrica.

2. No sentido de evitar choques eléctricos, não limpe o aparelho com água e evite qualquer contacto do aparelho com água.

3. Para a limpeza, use um pano húmido ou seco. Limpe apenas o corpo do aparelho e os acessórios.

4. O filtro para a circulação traseira do ar e o filtro situado no interior devem ser limpos regularmente.

5. Não use detergentes ou solventes corrosivos nem produtos que danifiquem o material plástico.

Acondicionamento

1. Enrole totalmente o cabo eléctrico (para enrolar o cabo elétrico, prima, com o pé, a respectiva tecla no aparelho).

2. Guarde o aspirador na posição vertical.

Aansluiting van het apparaat

Controleer voordat u de stofzuiger inschakelt of de onder "Technische gegevens” beschreven spanning overeenstemt met de netspanning

van uw stroomverzorging.

Belangrijk!

1. Dit apparaat is uitsluitend geschikt voor huishoudelijk gebruik.

2. Schakel de stofzuiger niet uit door de steker uit de contactdoos te trekken, maar gebruik daarvoor de aan-/uitschakelaar.

3. Gebruik de stofzuiger nooit wanneer de kabel, de steker of de behuizing beschadigd is.

4. Gebruik de stofzuiger nooit zonder aangebrachte stofzak of wanneer de stofzak beschadigd of vol is (let op de stofzakindicator).

5. Trek bij functiestoringen altijd eerst de steker uit de contactdoos. Trek ook altijd eerst de steker uit de contactdoos voordat u stofzak

vervangt of het apparaat reinigt.

6. Gebruik de stofzuiger nooit voor het opzuigen van spitse voorwerpen of glasscherven.

7. Zuig nooit brandende lucifers, gloeiende as of sigarettenpeuken op.

8. Gebruik de stofzuiger niet voor het opzuigen van chemische producten, steenstof, gips, cement of soortgelijke fijne stoffen.

9. Deze stofzuiger is alleen geschikt voor het zuigen op droge oppervlakken.. Het apparaat is niet geschikt voor schuim, water,

andere vloeistoffen of ontvlambare en explosieve stoffen

10. Bewaar de stofzuiger nooit in de nabijheid van verwarmingsradiatoren, bakovens of andere verhitte apparaten of oppervlakken.

11. Zorg ervoor dat de luchtopeningen altijd vrij zijn. Een geblokkeerde luchtcirculatie kan leiden tot oververhitting en beschadiging

van het apparaat.

12. Neem het apparaat alleen in gebruik wanneer stofzak en luchtfilter zijn aangebracht.

13 Voor kinderen is het gebruik van de stofzuiger verboden.

14. Stuur defecte apparaten naar de desbetreffende servicedienst of laat reparaties uitvoeren door een erkende vakman. Open het apparaat

nooit zelf. Ingrepen die niet door een erkende servicedienst zijn uitgevoerd, kunnen uw gezondheid bedreigen.

15. De garantieaanspraken vervalt bij het negeren van deze handleiding evenals bij schade die voortvloeit uit ondeskundige behandeling

(foutieve bediening, waterschade, schade door vallen enz.), Ingrepen door derden, technische wijzigingen aan het apparaat of slijtende delen.

Door vervulling van eventuele garantieplichten wordt de geldigheidsduur van 36 maanden noch verlengd, noch hernieuwd.

Vóór het eerste gebruik

1 Neem het apparaat uit de verpakking.

2. Controleer of de stofzak correct is aangebracht.

3. Verwijder de verpakking en controleer of zowel stofzak als veiligheidsfilter correct gemonteerd zijn.

Gebruik

1. Zet de stofzuiger in horizontale werkpositie.

2. Bevestig de slang aan de daarvoor voorziene slangopening.

3. Verbind de buis met de slanggreep.

4. Onderaan de buis kunt u de verschillende hulpstukken bevestigen: borstel, rond mondstuk, voegenmondstuk.

5. Trek de stroomkabel zo ver mogelijk uit het apparaat.

6. Druk de aan-/uitschakelaar in om het apparaat in te schakelen.

7. U kunt de zuigcapaciteit instellen met behulp van de schakelaar voor de afzuigregeling.

Met de desbetreffende schakelaar aan het apparaat regelt u het vermogen.

Voor fijnere oppervlakken, bijv. gordijnen adviseren wij een lagere vermogensstand.

8. Druk de aan-/uitschakelaar opnieuw in om het apparaat uit te schakelen.

9. Trek na het zuigen steeds de steker uit de contactdoos.

10. Druk de desbetreffende toets aan het apparaat in om de stroomkabel op te rollen.

11. U kunt de slang verwijderen om het apparaat op te bergen. Druk de beide schakelaars aan de slangeinde om de slang uit de

houder te verwijderen.

12. In horizontale positie van de stofzuiger kunt u de buis en de borstel aan de apparaatgreep aanbrengen.

2. De filter vervangen

- Open het filterdeksel.

- Vervang de filter.

- Sluit het deksel en controleer of het ook goed afsluit.

Verzorging en onderhoud

1. Schakel het apparaat altijd eerst uit en trek de steker uit de contactdoos voordat u de stofzuiger reinigt.

2. Voorkom elektrische schokken en reinig de stofzuiger nooit met water. Voorkom dat het apparaat met water in contact komt.

3. Gebruik voor de reiniging alleen een vochtige of droge doek. Reinig alleen de buitenkant en de hulpstukken.

4. De filter voor de uitblaaslucht en de inwendige luchtfilter moeten regelmatig gereinigd worden.

5. Gebruik nooit scherpe oplos- of reinigingsmiddelen omdat deze het kunststof aantasten.

Wegzetten

1. Rol de stroomkabel volledig op (druk daartoe de desbetreffende voetschakelaar aan het apparaat in.)

2. Zet de stofzuiger weg in verticale positie.

Wymiana filtrów

Przed za∏o˝eniem nowego filtra zawsze wy∏àcz urzàdzenie i wyciàgnij wtyczk´ z gniazda sieciowego. Zalecamy

przeprowadzenie wymiany filtra po wymianie co najmniej 5 worków na kurz. W ramach dostawy znajdujà si´ ju˝ 2 filtry

zapasowe.

1. Wymiana filtra wlotu powietrza

- Otwórz pokryw´ obudowy.

- Wyjmij filtr z od∏àczonym workiem na kurz.

- W∏ó˝ nowy filtr.

2. Wymiana filtra

- Otwórz pokryw´ filtra.

- Wymieƒ filtr.

- Zamknij pokryw´ i upewnij si´, ˝e jest ona prawid∏owo zamkni´ta.

Piel´gnacja i konserwacja

1. Przed ka˝dym czyszczeniem odkurzacza nale˝y zawsze wy∏àczyç urzàdzenie i wyciàgnàç wtyczk´ z gniazda sieciowego.

2. Aby uniknàç pora˝nia elektrycznego nie wolno czyÊciç urzàdzenia wodà i nale˝y bezwzgl´dnie unikaç wszelkiego

kontaktu z wodà.

3. Do czyszczenia u˝ywaj wilgotnego lub suchego sukna. Nale˝y oczyÊciç tylko obudow´ i osprz´t.

O‰etﬁování a údrÏba
