Remove existing hook/shackle

from rope loop.

Place rope loop in the cavity

of insert. Use insert marked “R”

when using synthetic rope, or “C”

when using steel cable.

Apply two drops of lubricant to

insert and spread evenly. Slip

rope loop and insert into shackle

mount cavity.

Align rope loop, shackle

eyelet, and shackle mount hole.

Thread shackle pin through rope

loop, shackle eyelet, and shackle

mount hole. Secure shackle as

per normal operation.

4.Secure the insert completely

within the cavity.

INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS

Allow approximately 20 minutes

for lubricant to dry before pulling

shackle mount tight against

fairlead.

*Shackle is not required to stow the

shackle mount.

Mile Marker warrants directly to the ﬁrst purchaser that Mile Marker Winch Shackle Mount will be free from defect in

material and workmanship appearing under normal use and service for a period of 1 year. Warranty registration must be submitted at

milemarker.com/warranty within 30 days. If you discover a hidden defect, Mile Marker will, as its option, repair or replace the product or

necessary replacement parts at no charge to you, provided you remove the product from the vehicle and return it prepaid to

Mile Marker Industries. If the product was purchased in the United States, the owner must contact our warranty department to get a Return

Goods Authorization (RGA) number before returning the product. If the product was purchased outside of the Untied states, the owner must

return the product to the original place of purchase.
