Directed Electronics ("Directed") promises to the original purchaser to repair or replace (at Directed's election) with a comparable
reconditioned model any Directed unit (hereafter the "unit"), excluding without limitation the siren, the remote transmitters, the
associated sensors and accessories, which proves to be defective in workmanship or material under reasonable use during the lifetime
of the vehicle provided the following conditions are met: the unit was purchased from an authorized Directed dealer; the unit was
professionally installed and serviced by an authorized Directed dealer; the unit will be professionally reinstalled in the vehicle in which it
was originally installed by an authorized Directed dealer; and the unit is returned to Directed, shipping prepaid with a legible copy of the
bill of sale or other dated proof of purchase bearing the following information: consumer's name, telephone number and address; the
authorized dealers name, telephone number and address; complete product description, including accessories; the year, make and
model of the vehicle; vehicle license number and vehicle identification number. All components other than the unit, including without
limitation the siren, the remote transmitters and the associated sensors and accessories, carry a limited one-year warranty from the date
of purchase of the same. ALL PRODUCTS RECEIVED BY DIRECTED FOR WARRANTY REPAIR WITHOUT PROOF OF PURCHASE WILL BE DENIED. This
warranty is non-transferable and is automatically void if: the original purchaser has not completed the warranty card and mailed it
within ten (10) days from the date of purchase to the address listed on the card; the unit's date code or serial number is defaced, missing
or altered; the unit has been modified or used in a manner contrary to its intended purpose; the unit has been damaged by accident,
unreasonable use, neglect, improper service, installation or other causes not arising out of defects in materials or construction. The
warranty does not cover damage to the unit caused by installation or removal of the unit. Directed, in its sole discretion, will determine
what constitutes excessive damage and may refuse the return of any unit with excessive damage.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT ALLOWED BY LAW, ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO EXPRESS WARRANTY, IMPLIED WARRANTY,
WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND WARRANTY OF NON-INFRINGEMENT OF INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY,

TERRENTS AGAINST POSSIBLE THEFT. DIRECTED IS NOT OFFERING A GUARANTEE OR INSURANCE AGAINST VANDALISM, DAMAGE OR THEFT OF THE
AUTOMOBILE, ITS PARTS OR CONTENTS; AND HEREBY EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ANY LIABILITY WHATSOEVER, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION,

2 WAY TRANSCEIVER FUNCTIONS
TO OPERATE TWO CARS WITH THE SAME 2WAY TRANSCEIVER
While the icon displays on the LCD screen, you can remote control and communicate with a second vehicle
security system*. (*Both vehicles must have the same system installed and be programmed by your installer).
1- Press and hold & buttons at the same time until one long beep is heard. Then, release buttons.
2- Within 5 seconds, press button once & icon will appear on the LCD screen of the transceiver.
The icon will appear in the middle of the car on the LCD display. You can now operate the second vehicle
previously programmed in your transceiver.
To revert back to operate vehicle #1, redo steps1&2,andthe icon will disappear.NOTE:

VIBRATION MODE
Vibration mode is useful when you are in a noisy place and have difficulty hearing the beep sound from the remote
control transceiver. In vibration mode, the transceiver will vibrate if your security system is triggered.
1- Press and hold & buttons at the same time until one long beep is heard. Then, release buttons.
2- Within 5 seconds, press button once & icon will appear on the LCD screen of the transceiver. When
your vehicle is trigger in any event, the transceiver will alert you via a vibration instead of beeping.
To revert back to beeping mode, redo steps1&2,andthe icon will disappear.NOTE:

TO REMOTE START THE VEHICLE
TO INCREASE ENGINE RUN TIME:
Press and release the LOCK button on the transceiver, then immediately press the STAR button. The vehicle
parking lights will be illuminated to indicate that the engine is running and will run for 10 minutes.
While the vehicle is running with remote starter, press and release the transceiver LOCK button, then press
the start button. This will extend running time for 10 minutes.
A single press of the LOCK button will lock all power
doors. A second press of this button within 3 secs.
will confirm the LOCK command by a chirp of the
vehicle’s horn.
The horn will
sound and parking lights will flash for 30 seconds.
To deactivate this function:
- Press again on this button, or wait for the end of 30
seconds delay or start vehicle.
A Press & Hold of the LOCK button for more than 3
seconds will also activate PANIC MODE.
