2. Installation And Operation
.
The RCC (Rotary Current And Contactor Control) is equipped with a 14-pin or a 5-pin plug for connection to the welding power source. Contact
your local distributor for correct adapter if plug does not mate with receptacle on welding power source.
! Be sure remote control is
turned all the way off before
turning on or off the welding
power source.

Contactor Control)
2 Hook And Loop Straps
3 Torch
Secure control to torch with velcro
straps.
4 14-Pin, 5-Pin Or 6-Pin Plug
PLG2
Connect PLG2 to matching recep-
tacle on welding power source as
follows: align keyway, insert plug,
and tighten threaded collar.
5 Current And Contactor
Control Actuator
Begin turning actuator in the In-
crease direction as shown to close
contactor, and energize the weld-
ing power source. Continue turning
actuator to increase current level
up to that set on the welding power
source Current Control.
Turn actuator in the Decrease di-
rection as shown to reduce the cur-
rent output to zero, and turn off the
contactor.
