The Model T25953 T-Slot Work Table is designed
to support sanding, clamping, routing, assem-
bly, and sawing projects. Workpieces can be
clamped virtually anywhere on the T-slot table
using Grizzly's T-Track Auto Adjust Clamps and
Fence Kits (not included). The T-slots (see inset
for dimensions) are compatible with

Assembly
Before beginning the assembly process, refer to
Needed for Setup and gather all listed items.
3. Attach (4) short braces to side assem-
bly with (8) M8-1.25 x 12 carriage bolts,
(8) 8mm flat washers, and (8) M8-1.25 hex
nuts (see Figure 5). Finger-tighten hex nuts
for now.
1. Build one side assembly for stand by
attaching (2) long braces to (2) legs with
(8) M8-1.25 x 12 carriage bolts,
(8) 8mm flat washers, and (8) M8-1.25 hex nuts
(see Figure 4). Finger-tighten hex nuts for
now.
Note: Orient lip of each long brace upward,
and secure long braces to inside edge of legs
(see inset).
To assemble T-slot work table:
2. Repeat Step 1 to build a second side
assembly.

4. Attach second side assembly to short brac-
es with (8) M8-1.25 x 12 carriage bolts,
(8) 8mm flat washers, and (8) M8-1.25 hex
nuts (see Figure 6). The lips of the short
braces normally overlap the lips of the long
braces (see inset of Figure 6).

6. Place clean piece of cardboard on ground,
then lay T-slot table face down on cardboard.
7. Place stand assembly on table, align mount-
ing holes, and attach with (10) M4 x 20 wood
screws (see Figure 8).

8. With help of an assistant, turn work table right
side up. Position table so it is centered over
stand (not leaning to one side or the other).
9. Final tighten all fasteners from Steps 1–4.
10. Loosen (4) M10-1.5 hex nuts on stand feet,
adjust feet to make sure table does not wob-
ble, then tighten hex nuts to secure feet.

5. Remove (1) hex nut from top of each foot
stud, insert stud through hole in bottom of
each leg, then re-install each hex nut to
secure feet (see Figure 7). Bottom (2) hex
nuts should be positioned at same location
on all four studs.
