Overview
The Savant Host Upgrade Program oers dealers the opportunity to trade installed Savant Hosts in for a significant
discount toward a new upgraded Host. This makes it easy to keep clients’ systems running on the latest in Savant Host
technology, and provides access to the increased Host capabilities needed to expand existing systems.
NOTE: The Savant Host Upgrade Program is intended only for installed Savant equipment. For returns or
exchanges of new or unopened Savant products, the standard Savant Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA)
policies and procedures apply.
How it Works
To get started, check out the dierent Host Upgrade Packages available on the Savant Store (log in and navigate to
Products > Hosts > Host Upgrades), or browse the sections in this document to select the Host Upgrade Package that’s
right for you and your client. Then, simply follow the steps below to proceed:
Step 1: Add New Host Package to Cart
• Place your order on the Savant Store using the upgrade part number.
Step 2: Choose Returned Product
• From the checkout view, click SELECT RMA PRODUCT.
• Select the Host being returned if listed. If you do not know the serial number, select TRADEUP-UNKNOWNHOST.
• Click CREATE RMA to automatically submit an RMA case. Return shipping labels will be sent to your email.
• Return to the check out page on the Savant Store and click CONTINUE to proceed with your order.
Step 3: Ship Old Host to Savant
• Once the upgraded Host has been installed, use the shipping label to return the old Host to Savant for credit.
• Be sure to note the RMA case number from step 2 above on the shipping label, and send shipment to:

• Once the original Host has been received by Savant, a credit will be applied to your account.
