Short Instruction for Filling LEEB LT and GS

Variant CCS Pro

1. Start the tractor

¾ Set the diesel speed to approx. 1500 rpm.

2. Open left side cover, connect suction hose

with lling connection and open lling valve.

¾ Enter the lling limit

¾ Start lling

Filling stops automatically when the desired

value has been reached. Interruption via the

stop button is possible at any time.

4. Close the lling valve, take o suction hose

and close side cover.

2. Set the ball valve on the suction and pressure

3. Start the tractor

¾ Turn on the PTO-shaft with approx. 540 rpm.

4. Observe the lling level of the solution tank

and turn o the PTO-shaft when the desired

lling level or the rated volume have been

reached. Interruption is possible at any time

by switching o the PTO-shaft.

5. Close the lling valve, take o suction hose

and close side cover.

2. Machines of the ECO and CCS variants:

Set the ball valve on the suction side to solu-

tion tank and the ball valve on the pressure

side to circulation/spraying.

3. Start the tractor

¾ ECO variant: Switch on the PTO-shaft.

¾ Variants CCS and CCS Pro: Set the diesel

speed to approx. 1500 rpm.

4. Touch and hold the Unfold button on the folding

menu until the folding boom has fully unfolded.

5. Adjusting the working height of the spraying boom

6. Enter l/ha setpoint

7. Check the value “min. pressure” and “max. pres-

sure” for the permissible spraying pressure range.

8. Activate the folding boom control
