Ninja CFN600 Series is a versatile coffee system that brews both specialty coffee drinks and traditional coffee. With a simple switch of a lever, you can choose between brewing a single-serve pod or ground coffee. The intelligent clean cycle indicators will let you know when to run a cleaning cycle, ensuring your machine stays in top condition.

CAPSULE CLEAN CYCLE - Will take 2 hours to complete.

1. Ensure the lever is closed

and no capsule is inserted.

Remove the Adjustable

Cup Tray from the brewer.

2. Place the Capsule Clean Cycle

Platform on the front right

base of the unit so that it sits

on the countertop below the

capsules spout.

3. Remove the lid from the carafe

and place the carafe on the

Capsule Clean Cycle Platform.

*Descaling solution is available from ninjakitchen.com. Follow your solution’s recommended concentration level.

**Fill the water reservoir to the Travel Mug line (16 oz.) with white vinegar, then add water to the Full line.

†CAUTION: DO NOT immerse coee maker in any liquid.

4. Fill the reservoir

to the Full line with

descaling solution*

and water or white

vinegar** and water.

5. Once the water

reservoir is ﬁlled,

press the Capsule

Button and then press

the Clean button.

6. Press START BREW.

A 2-hour countdown

will begin on clock

display.

7. Upon completion

the brewer will beep

and display “End”.

Clean the reservoir

and carafe. Flush the

system by running

three water-only

Lungo brews.

When to run a capsule clean cycle:

If typical capsules you brew are taking signiﬁcantly longer time to brew, run a capsule clean cycle.

If the clock is displaying “Add Wtr”, ensure the water tank is ﬁlled and fully seated, then try again.

If “Add Wtr” persists, try running a water-only brew with the lever closed. If “Add Wtr” still persists,

run a capsule clean cycle.

How often to run a grounds clean cycle:

When the Intelligent Clean Cycle Indicator under the Grounds Button illuminates orange, run a grounds

clean cycle.

1. Place the empty

carafe beneath the

brew basket.

2. Fill the reservoir to the Full line with

either descaling solution* and water

or white vinegar** and water.

3. Once the water

reservoir is ﬁlled,

press the Grounds

Button and then press

the Clean button.

4. Press START BREW.

Countdown will begin

on clock display.

5. Upon completion the brewer will beep and

display “End”. Empty the carafe and place

it back under the brew basket. Clean the

reservoir and ﬁll with fresh water up to the

Full line. Now, ﬂush the system by running

a water-only Full Carafe Classic brew.
