U S E R M A N U A L
HELLO THERE.
Joel and I are athletes who suffered from severe
injuries a few months apart. We purchased
multiple pieces of exercise equipment for our in-
home rehab but were left disappointed and
frustrated by all that
fitness gear that made big promises but gave no
support, no well-thought-out plan to follow, and no
results. And that’s how Lifepro came about, and why
the Sports Recovery collection was createdwe’ve set
out to change all of that. It’s why every piece of
equipment bearing our name not only undergoes
rigorous scrutiny to make sure it delivers on power and
efficacy, but comes with built-in support from our
‘guiding angels’ and a built-in lifetime warranty so that
you’re never left hanging.
Welcome to Lifepro.
We’re in this together now.
Abe & Joel
Therapy and cryotherapy have
become indispensable for
sports recovery and improved
sports performance.
Everyone from professional
athletes,
to people who
have
intensely physical jobs,
to people with sports injuries
can experience the benefits
of therapy.
Cryotherapy has a wide variety of applications and health benefits. Physical therapists,
chiropractors, and athletic trainers use therapy to boost blood circulation, reduce swelling and
muscle soreness, improve lymphatic drainage, and promote healing. Athletic trainers and other
clinicians use cryotherapy to relief of minor muscle aches and pains.
The CryoFrost System is your new fitness go-to. Use the CryoFrost post-workout to speed up
your workout recovery or pre-workout to enhance your performance. Use the CryoFrost to
reduce pain after an intense workout, increase circulation in the treated areas, or soothe tired
legs and feet after long hours standing, sitting, or walking.
Use the CryoFrost while connected to a standard power outlet, or with two rechargeable
batteries (not included). The CryoFrost is also highly portable--all the accessories fit easily in the
included carrying bag.
Redefine your workouts and experience the
transformative power of the Lifepro CryoFrost:
Increase workout effectiveness: reduce muscle soreness and speed up recovery;
improve muscle flexibility and athletic performance.
Recover from injury: temporary increase in circulation of the treated areas in
people who are in good health.
Find pain relief: the temporary relief of minor muscle aches and pains.
Boost immune system: improve sleep; reduce stress; increase serotonin
and decrease cortisol.
Check out the information in this manual for ways to get started using your CryoFrost. Next, be
sure to visit our website cryofrost.lifeprofitness.com to access to our FREE library of workout
videos which demonstrate how to easily incorporate the CryoFrost into your sports recovery
regiment.

TIPS FOR USING YOUR CRYOFROST
Sit, or lie, comfortably. Do not stand while using the wraps. Do not cross your legs.
We recommend beginning with the lowest air pressure intensity and increasing intensity
once the treated area gets used to the lowest intensity.
The unit will automatically power off after the set working time. To prevent a cold injury, such as
frostnip or frostbite, do not use continuously for more than 30 minutes.
Check the areas you are treating frequently and stop immediately at the first sign of pain,
numbness, or discomfort.
If numbness or throbbing occurs, wrap may be too tight. Turn off the control pump, loosen the
wrap, and begin session again. Discontinue use if discomfort persists.
Use on dry, clean clothing or skin to keep wraps and ice packs clean. If wearing pants and/or socks,
we recommend thin, form-fitting pants or leggings and thin socks. Do not wear pants with zippers,
buttons, or snaps on the legs. Do not wear shoes.
Remove all objects from your pockets when using the thigh wrap.
APPLYING THE WRAPS

7. Close the three Velcro® straps to secure the

To treat your arm with the thigh wrap and thigh ice pack:
1. Complete steps 14 on the previous page to secure the thigh ice pack to the thigh
wrap.
2. Place the thigh wrap around your arm so that the ice pack is on the inside.
3. Close the three Velcro® straps to secure the CryoFrost to your arm.
NOTE: You may want to place the treated arm on a table or desk for comfort.
