After removing unit from box, please ensure
that all tape, sponges, and other packing
materials are removed before rst use.
Before you begin using your dispenser there are a few
things you should know. While these units do have a live
water hook up function on them, we do not recommend the
use without a water lter and water regulator.
BASIC SET UP INSTRUCTIONS
7
Remove the rear CO
2
cover by pinching
the tabs at the bottom of the cover.
Then place your CO
2
Canister threadless
valve tting into the slot in the chrome
receptacle and slowly push down
on the handle until it locks.
Place your unit on your counter, or other at surface, where you
will be using it for permenant use.
8
STEP
1
INSERT CO
2
If there is any resistance, DO NOT FORCE the handle.
Simply wiggle the tting until it presses down smoothly into
the receptacle collar.
STEP
2
UNIT PLACEMENT
You want a at level surface to place
your SPRiZZi Drink Machine, and ensure that
the surface is clean anddry before placement.
Plug your power supply into a 110 VAC outlet then plug in the
power bayonet into the right side receptacle when you are
looking at the back of the unit.
IMPORTANT: When you plug your unit in, observe that the 2 LED
lights on the front of the unit ash red briey upon plugging it in.
STEP
3
PLUG IN YOUR DRINK MACHINE
The left side receptacle is for the
Booster Buddy, and will not
work if plugged into.
9
Listen for the Triple Chirp
and stop pouring, as this
indicates the unit is full.
Without turning your unit on,
you may begin lling the machine
into the rear water hatch with
about 1.5 liters of ice-cold
ltered water.
STEP
4
ADD WATER
Now, push the power button to
turn the unit on (the silver button
on the front of the machine).
STEP
5
TURN ON YOUR DRINK MACHINE
If your drink machine fails to power
on, refer to the troubleshooting
guide for assistance.
Right away, the water pump will
begin lling your carbonator tank.
Once it is lled, you will also hear
3 carbonating bursts and then
the right side LED will be green.
10
Place a cup, or glass, big
enough to pour a 12-ounce
drink under the dispenser nozzle.
NOTE: We highly recommend
using a cup, or a glass, with a
minimum volume of 16 ounces.
STEP
7
PLACE YOUR GLASS UNDER NOZZLE
STEP
6
ALLOW WATER TO CHILL
If the LED light is a solid green, the water in the carbonator tank
is below 40 degrees Fahrenheit and is ideal for pouring.
If it is ashinggreen, it is above 40F. Give it some time
and it will chill below 35F.
NOTE: If the water you started with is already cold, you may
begin pouring drinks right away, otherwise it may take a few
hours to reach the ideal temperature.
If your beverage overows, the machine
will automatically stop dispensing when
the drip tray is lled.
11
Next, open the bullet
cavity door (which has the
silver handle) and proceed
to put the bullet into the
cavity placing the center
bayonet inside the bullet
and screw it down rmly.
Remove the bullet
wrapping around the top
lid of the bullet then
unscrew the cap.
STEP
8
ADD YOUR FLAVOR BULLET
If the avor syrups are warm, they may
begin to dripslowlyinto your cup before you
press the dispense button. Do not be alarmed as
it will still mix thoroughly during the pour.
12
STEP
9
POUR A BEVERAGE
Now, simply touch and release the left dispense button
for an auto-pour non-carbonated drink, or the right button
for an auto-poured carbonated drink.
(The dispense buttons
are non-moving and simply
need to be touched to work.)
NOTE: If you try to carbonate
a non-carbonated avor, you
may experience much more
foam in your drink than
expected. We recommend
using a larger cup or glass to
prevent overow.
Once you’ve nished pouring your avored beverage, the
machine will begin beeping. Simply remove the bullet, and
close the bullet cavity door. A small amount of water will run
through the cavity and into your drip tray. Remember to
empty it as needed.
STEP
10
REMOVE THE FLAVOR BULLET
An alert will sound if you forgotten to
remove the empty bullet from the hatch,
and will continue until the bullet door is closed.
13
Now just kick back, and enjoy all of your favorite carbonated
and non-carbonated beverages. Don’t worry about shutting off
the machine. The unit shuts off, but remains cooling after 10
minutes of non-use. The cooling will remain on until the unit
reaches temperature. The fans however stay on at all times.
STEP
11
ENJOY!
If you wish to install a permanent drain tube and remove the
drip tray, you can do so using a ¼” tube. Simply remove the
drain plug from below the unit, press the drain tube into it
and run it into your sink.
OPTIONAL
INSTALLING A DRAIN TUBE
If you wish to install a live water
line, you can do so by connecting a
¼” tube to a ltered fresh water
source. Simply press the end of the
tube into the adapter in the back of
the unit, just under the CO
2
canister.
OPTIONAL
INSTALLING A LIVE
WATER LINE
14
We do not recommend the use
of the live water line without use of
a water lter and water regulator.
Wipe down your Drink Machine once a day. It is
recommended that your unit is off when wiping it
down as you may inadvertently press the dispense
buttons.
We also reccomend running a BevClean bullet once
a week.
To empty the drip tray, simply lift up on the silver
splash guard and lift out the drip tray straight up by
the small tab handle (see the diagram below).
Drip trays should be emptied and cleaned regularly.
Use warm soapy water to clean thoroughly.
To clean any residual syrup on your nozzle simply
twist the acrylic nozzle slightly to remove it and pull
down on the diffuser (see the diagrams below).
Use warm soapy water to clean thoroughly.

When using room temperature water, it can take up to
