1. INTRODUCTION
Thank you for having chosen a KF-3028 LED moving scanner bar. If you follow the
instructions given in this manual, we are sure that you will enjoy this device for a long period
of time.
Unpack your KF-3028. Check carefully the content of the box and contact immediately your
forwarder in case of damage

3．OPERATION
3.1 settings
After you connected the spot to the mains, the EUROLITE LED MSB-100 DMX RGB 3W
starts running.
The device has two operating modes. It can be operated via the Display Module or it can be
run in DMX controlled mode via a DMX controller.
When turning the fixture on, “d.001” appeared on screen, and the screen will be no display
after 40 seconds.
No DMX signal: After starting, the rotatable part rotates about 75 degree from start point, then
stop.
Receiving DMX signal: After starting, the rotatable part stays at the start point.
1----“d.001”: set address, pressing “up” button for increasing but “down” for decreasing, then
pressing “enter” to confirm.
2----“dip.p”: with this, content on screen will mirror to reverse, reading direction will be
changed. Pressing “up” button, the content will be “dip.a”, then press “enter”.
3----“H00”: fixture used time, the number after the letter “H” will flash, when display two
numbers, it is ten thousand and thousand from left to right, while three numbers, it is hundred,
ten and one from left to right. The five numbers all show the used time.
4----“rest”: reset function by pressing “enter”.

5----“F1_n”: sound control switch, switching between “Fl_n” and “F1_y” by pressing “up” or
“down” button, “Fl_n”: sound control disabled. “F1_y”: sound control enabled.
6----“F2_n”: auto run programs switch, switching between “F2_n” and “F2_y” by pressing “up”
or “down” button, “F2_n”: auto run programs disabled. “F1_y”: auto run programs enabled.
7----“F3_n”: Master-slave or no Master-slave function: switching between “F3_n” and “F3_y”
by pressing “up” or “down” button, “F3_n”: Master-slave function disabled. “F3_y”:
Master-slave function enabled.
3.2 DMX Protocol
Channel 1: movement
0-255 rotatable parts moves from start point to endpoint (135 degree)
Channel 2: moving speed adjustment
0-255 moving speed from fast to slow
Channel 3: Red
0-255 the 8 red LEDS from dark to bright.
Channel 4: Green
0-255 the 8 green LEDS from dark to bright.
Channel 5: Blue
0-255 the 8 blue LEDS from dark to bright.
Channel 6: dimming
0-255 dimming from dark to bright (0-100%)
Channel 7: strobe
0-9 no function (dark)
10-19 full on
20-65 strobe from slow to fast
66-75 full on
76-107 pulse strobe, from slow to fast, opening effect
108-139 pulse strobe, from slow to fast, closing effect
