Intended use
The digital indoor antenna amplifi es received signals from terrestrial digital
video broadcaster and offers the best reception available.
• Operate this appliance with the provided adaptor only.
• For indoor use only. Expose to moisture must be avoided by all means.
• Any usage other than described above is not permitted and may
damage the appliance and lead to associated risks such as shortcircuit, fi re,
electric shock, et cetera. This would exclude liability.
• No part of the product should be modifi ed or rebuilt. This would also
exclude liability.
• Please read all safety instructions of these operating instructions.
Safety instructions
We do not resume liability for resulting damages to property or personal injury if
the product has been abused in any way or damage by improper use or failure to
observe these operating instructions.
• For safety and licensing reasons (CE), unauthorised conversion
and/or modifi cation of the device is not permitted.
• Never touch the mains plug with wet hands.
• The power unit and the power adapter may only be used indoors.
• Avoid subjecting the antenna to heavy mechanical stress and do not
expose it to high temperatures, direct sunlight, intense vibration or
dampness.
• Keep the antenna out of the reach of children. It is not a toy.
• Servicing, adjustment or repair works must be done by a specialist/
specialist workshop only.

Three power supply possibilities
1. Via the 5 V antenna voltage of the DVB-T receiver
2. Via power inserter with power supply
3. Via USB connection from the PC/notebook
1. Voltage supply via 5 V antenna voltage of the DVB-T receiver
When connecting this way, make sure that your DVB-T equipment supplies the
required 5 V antenna voltage and is turned on. Please refer to the instructions
manual of your DVB-T device.
• Connect the external DVB-T antenna to the antenna input of your
DVB-T equipment.
• Plug in the coaxial plug to the antenna input of your DVB-T
equipment.
2. Voltage supply via supplied power supply
Use the power unit and the power adapter when more than one DVB-T device
is using the antenna. When using this connection method, make sure that the
antenna voltage is turned off in all the connected DVB-T devices. Please refer to
the instruction manuals of your DVB-T devices.
• Connect the antenna input of your DVB-T device to the „Receiver“
port of the power adapter. Use the short coaxial cable (Coaxial plug
to coaxial socket).
• Plug in the coaxial plug of the supplied aerial lead (Coaxial plug to
F plug) to the power adapter („Antenna“ input).
• Plug in the low-voltage plug of the supplied power unit to the
lowvoltage socket on the side of the power adapter.
• Plug the power unit into a wall outlet of the public power supply grid.
3. Power supply via the USB interface
• With this type of connection, make sure that the USB interface of your
PC enables power supply and is capable of supplying the necessary current
(40mA).
• Connect the antenna cable of the miniature DVB-T antenna with the antenna
input of your DVB-T tuner.
• Connect the USB adapter cable to a USB interface on your PC and turn
the PC on.
