유무선 공유기 설치하기
●본제품은DHCP(동적호스트지원프로토콜)만을지원합니다.공유기를세탁기에연결하기전에
사용하려는유무선공유기의DHCP서버옵션기능이활성화되어있는지확인해주세요.
●유무선공유기의채널은현재사용하지않는채널로선택하세요.
●유무선공유기의암호화모드는Open,WPA/TKIP또는WPA2/AES를지원합니다.
위의모드이외에서는세탁기와유무선공유기의연결이안될수있습니다.
802.11n에서는WPA2/AES모드를추천합니다.
●무선네트워크연결의품질은주변의무선환경에영향을받을수있습니다.
●
인터넷서비스제공업체에서사용자의PC나모뎀의MAC주소(고유식별번호)를영구등록한경우
세탁기를인터넷에연결하지못할수있습니다.인터넷서비스제공업체에PC가아닌다른장치(세탁기등)
를인터넷에연결하는절차를문의하세요.
●인터넷서비스제공업체에서인터넷에연결할ID또는비밀번호를요구하는경우에는세탁기를인터넷에
연결하지못할수있습니다.이경우에는인터넷에연결할때ID나비밀번호를입력해야합니다.
●방화벽문제때문에인터넷에연결하지못할수있습니다.인터넷서비스제공업체에문제해결을
요청하세요.
●일부유무선공유기는인터넷이연결되어있지않아도비정상적인DNS(DomainNameServer)주소를
전달해주어세탁기표시부에 가켜질수있습니다.이경우해당유무선공유기의제공업체및
인터넷서비스제공업체에문의하시기바랍니다.
●인터넷서비스제공업체에서알려준절차를시도해보아도인터넷에연결할수없으면,삼성전자
대리점이나서비스센터에문의해주세요.

▶ 삼성스마트세탁기는IEEE802.11b/g/n,Wi-FiDirect방식의통신
프로토콜을지원합니다.(삼성전자는IEEE802.11n사용을권장합니다.)

않을때는[환경설정]→[무선및네트워크]→[Wi-Fi설정]을누른다음기존에접속된공유기이름을길게눌러[
네트워크저장안함]을선택후다시진행해주세요.
⑥삼성스마트앱을실행한후[네트워크설정]→[설정시작]을누르세요.
⑦세탁기와의연결이완료되면유무선공유기를선택할수있습니다.
