5. Features
5.1 Adopt the high efficiency compressor
The compressor is scroll type and hermetically-sealled. It is driven by the DC bruchless motor,
and it is protected by the electric control, such as the discharging temperature, the suction
temperature, the oil temperature, the discharging pressure, the running current, etc.
5.2 Large diameter fan blade
The 3-blade fan on outdoor unit is 700mm diameter. And the built-in part
is made of Aluminum. The large-blade fan is running stably and silently.
5.3 High efficiency DC fan motor
The DC fan motor is high efficiency and low noise. Stable operation and reliable performance.
5.4 Intelligent electric control, with heat expelling fan to reduce the electric control box
temperature and keep the electric safe.
Compressor shall be equipped with the inverter controller and able to change the rotation rate to
follow variation in cooling and heating mode. The outdoor unit shall have the multi-step of
capacity control to meet load fluctuation and indoor unit individual control.

5.5 Heat exchanger adopts the subcooling technology, to keep the refrigerant
in indoor unit flowing normally, further to enhance the unit efficiency greatly.
Outdoor adopts the sub-cooling heat exchanger. In cooling mode, the refrigerant will be cooled further
after being condensed to enhance the over cooling state. Thus the refrigerant will be prevented
changing into gas-liquid mixture in the long pipe and high drop system, and the liquid refrigerant
will flow into the indoor unit evenly to ensure the effect of every indoor unit is normal. Thoroughly
prevent the gas refrigerant flowing into indoor installed at higher place because of the instant
evaporation.
5.6 Flexible installation and design
Indoor quantity can be up to 64 sets in maximum. And the indoor total capacity can be 50%~130%
of outdoor capacity.
If there are multiple outdoors, the outdoors will be in running by turns, much longer life.
Multiple types of indoor can be chosen for different requirements.

5.7 More optional outdoor capacity
The basic outdoor unit AV08/10/12/14/16NMVERA can be combined as the standard modular.The
combined outdoors will get the capacity at the interval of 2HP, such as AV18/20/22/24/26/28...etc..

5.8 Long piping length and high drop
The max. high drop can be up to 50m when outdoor is lower than indoor. And the max. single way
total pipe length can be up to 300m.
5.9 Easier maintenance
a. Auto diagnose function
The PCB will check the unit automatically, if there is error such as compressor wiring, sensor,
communication etc., the PCB will indicate failure code via the LED or the wired controller. Many
test modes or backup running modes are possible for easier test running and troubleshooting.
b. Auto restart function
The unit has memory function, when the power is cut off, the unit will memorize the operation state
at the moment, when the power comes again, the unit will run as the previous state.
5.10 Reliable performance
a. High COP
High efficiency and great energy saving are the purchased aim for every air conditioning
manufacturer. Haier MRVII has been designed to get high COP from the reasonable structure and
the excellent electric system.
b. Approved for RoHS certificate
All the parts in the unit have been approved for RoHS certificate. The parts are in conformance
with RoHS directive. Thus Haier MRVII will be environmental for human and nature.
The directive is to approximate the laws of the Member States on the restrictions of the use of
hazardous substances in electrical and electronics equipment and to contribute to the protection of
human health and the environmentally sound recovery and disposal of waste electrical and
electronic equipment.

The connection type of outdoor gas stop valve is brazed, therefore it is not easy to leak any

5.11 Super comfortable
a. High efficiency compressor
The compressor is hermetically scroll type with brushless internal motor, which runs faster,
much more stable. Furthermore, the compressor is with the protection when temperature,
current etc occur error. The compressor will help the unit run normally.
5.12 Multiple indoor types
There are multiple indoor types to meet the variable request. The outdoor can be suitable for
mix-match connection of following indoor types:
