1.7 Text messaging

1.7.1 How do I change the input method to handwriting input

method when editing a text message?

 IF you using touch input method,switching handwriting input method as follows:

Create a text message and touch the text field to bring up the onscreen keyboard. Gray area for handwriting.

Android keyboard(AOSP) don’t support handwriting input switching;

In the same session don’t support batch delete messages, in all sessions interface supports batch delete

messages; in the sessions, click key, click delete, select specific messages, then click delete;

1.7.3How do I forward a text message or send a text message to

multiple recipients or save a draf or the largest number of

recipicent of sending a text message?

To forward a text message:

Touch and hold the text message, choose Forward, enter a recipient, and send the message.

To send a text message to multiple recipients:

Create a text message, touch , enter add the contact interface, select the desired

recipients, and touch “OK” button, You can send a text message to up to 100 recipients at a

time.

Save the draft

In the text message editing interface, click ,message is automatic saved in the form of

draft to the group session; the next time you enter the session will automatic display the

information about contents of your last edit;

Explanation: only after entering a number or add a contact in the recipient text box ,message

can be saved as a draft;

There is no recipient ,the text message can not be saved as a draft

1.7.5How many English and Chinese characters can be contained

in a text message?

Each message consists of up to 160 English characters or 70 Chinese characters.

A text message can contain up to 10 pages ,page 11 will automatically converted to MMS.

Explanation: At present, the domestic phone is made by this way, it is set according to market demand;

1.7.6How many text messages can be saved on my phone?

Your phone stores a maximum of 1000 text messages or 100 multimedia messages per

conversation by default（Users can change these upper limits in settings, shows as

following）。
