Q: There is no water coming out from the 7” or 10” ring.
A: Please dial the knob in the center of shower head to switch from 5” jet shower, 7” rain and 10” smart rain. If
there is still no water coming out, call our 800 number and get a replacement.
Q: Can I put this shower head on the 45 degree show arm?
A: This is a rain shower and it’s designed for a wall mount or ceiling mount rain shower arm.
